Full moons are often taken as a sign of death, rebirth, and a revolving cycle of life. During the full moon emotions runs high as the sun's energy and the moon's energy collide. This can be a stressful and frustrating time in your day to day. While the two energies seem to battle each other, creating friction, a potential larger force is created. While emotions are heightened, so are dreams, spiritual processes, and enlightenment. When you put forth an intention, prayer, or spell under the full moon your power is also amplified. A special occurrence in the full moon is known as the super moon. The super moon can help you release old issues you've been carrying, whilst this may be abrasive at first it is a healing process. If you know what's coming, you can plan for it, meditate on it, and ground yourself to what you need before a moon cycle hits. There are about three or four super moons a year, each with it's own special purpose. It's best to keep up to date on the information, as it changes year to year.
