The Time She Met The Boy

A peep inside his head.

Ok so I know I said that things were going to get better for Alex in the next (this) chapter but I really wanted to do one in Thomas' POV so here it is!

**Thomas' POV**

My fingers mashed the buttons while John's beside me did the same

"Come on! Only two more levels!"

I pulled up my light cycle and sped off trying to cut away at the other teams playing area.

John took off running and did the same

"Hang on," I said "We can't both be looping around them we'll-"

Crash!

Our light cycles smashed into each other and derezzed. Announcing the orange team as winners.

I sighed.

Then my phone buzzed. Another Facebook notification.

I paused the game and switched it on.

A picture of Alex pulling a funny face while looking at her ruined shirt popped up.

I smiled and looked at the comments.

Alex had written:Thnx for the Blazer. I might keep it!

I grinned and typed

No problem. Hope you've got another shirt!

I pressed send and immediately worried whether that was suggestive.

John paused his screen too and leaned over to see what I was looking at.

He grinned. "So you go lending clothes now? Can I borrow some trousers?"

I glared at him.

John looked innocent.

"Is that a yes?"

I threw a cushion at him unpausing the game.

John took the controller away from me and looked me in the eye.

"Thomas." He said. "Time."

I glanced at the clock and cursed.

"Bye John. I've got to go to computing club."

This was of course a lie.

No one knew that I went to ballet classes. I mean who's ever heard of a fourteen year old doing ballet?

I would be the laughing stock of the school.

I sighed. Wishing that life wasn't so stereotypical.

I stepped through the door my eyes scanning for Alex.

I spotted her and gave her a sheepish grin. She smiled back confidently

Ms.B asked for our soites and started the music.

Alex started to jump her toes pointed her back straight.

My mind wandered until I was sharply brought back to reality by a sharp "Crack!"

The music stopped and everyone crowded round a spot in the floor.

I stepped forward and saw Alex's tiny form lying on the ground her ankle twisted In a bad way.

I gasped and thudded down next to her. She jerked her arm a little but I didn't understand.

I stared at her speechless as she passed out.

So we got a peeky into Tommy's head did we now. Ooh that felt strangly like spying! Any ideas for a new actor? Or just what you think about the current ones. Were they as you imagined them? Do you feel slightly less sorry for Alex as she now has the darling Theo James as a brother? Anyways new ideas are always welcome. Even if I don't agree. Its nothing personal. Its just that me as the author envisions them in a different way. I think I got the girls right at least. What do you think? OK so I'm gonna do something I kinda stole from another book called..... question time! OK here goes..
