"So close" Evie said excited as she kept running to the way to the wand. They made to the stairs. Evie looked at the same on the pillar "Upstairs" She says
"Come on. Go, go, go, go" Mal said pointing up the stairs for the boys to go up first. They went all the way "Come on, guys. Almost there"
They made it to a room full wax statue of their parents they stop cold on their track and stared at them. They walked towards the statues with their eyes glued to each of their parents "Mommy?" Evie whispers as she stared at her mom
"Killer" Says Jay staring at his dad "Ill never forget Mother's Day again" Carlos commented staring at his mother. Mal stayed quiet staring at her mother. Jay snapped out of his trance "Well, the wands not here. Let's bounce" He says ready to leave the room. He began to walk away but stopped when no one was following him "Let's go"
Carlos and Evie followed him but Mal stayed still staring at her Mom
"The future if the free world rests on your shoulders. Don't blow it" Maleficent voice echoes in Mals head "Look at you, look at me. I don't know who to be, Mother" Mal began singing "Is it wrong, is it right, be a thief in the night, Mother" She walked towards the Wax statue "Tell me what to do"
Evie came back to where the statues are "Mal! Come one!" Evie told her bestie friend, Mal looked back at Evie, Right when Evie disappeared Maleficent started laughing making Mal's eyes go wide
"Don't be so serious, Darling. I'm sorry..." She continued to laugh "I was once like you my child slightly insecure" Maleficent began to sing to her daughter walking down the stairs "Argued with my mother, too. Thought I was mature" Maleficent and Mal sat down on the stairs. Maleficent put her foot on Mals lap making her flinch "But I put my heart aside and I used my head. Now I think it's time you learned what dear old mama said" Maleficent stood up and tapped Mal on the head
"Don't you wanna be evil like me?" Maleficent walked her way down the stairs with her hands up to her face level "Don't you wanna be mean? Don't you wanna make mischief your daily routine?" She danced around her staff "Well, you can spend you life attending to the poor" Maleficent mocked being old and poor "But when you're evil doing less is doing more" Maleficent sang "Don't you wanna be Ruthless and rotten and mad?" She moved to her left
"Don't you wanna be very, very good at being bad?" She spins her staff and stops pointing at Mal making her move back from the staff "I have tried my whole life long to do the worst I can" She went up back the stairs and sat one up from Mal while leaning her staff to the side "Clawed my way to victory built my master plan"
"Now the time has come, my dear. For you take your place" She stood up grabbing her staff and slammed it next to Mal making her flinch and gasp "Promise me you'll try to be," Mal stood up from sitting down "An absolute disgrace" Maleficent laughed, hip bumping Mal to the side "Don't you wanna be evil like me? Don't you wanna be cruel? Don't you wanna be nasty and brutal and cool?" She danced to her left again "And when you grab that wand that's when your reign begins" Maleficent threw her staff to her daughter. As Mal catches it she admired it
"Who wants an evil queen without a sack of sins?" Maleficent jumps back and clapped her hands to tell Mal to throw the staff back at her, Mal does what she was told. Maleficent catch it, "Don't you wanna be heartless and hardened as stone?" She posed and put the staff to the ground and licked the top of her staff "Don't you wanna be finger-lickin' evil to the bone?"
Maleficent out of nowhere started to levitate up to the sky as blue fire popped up "This is not for us to ponder. This was pre-ordained. You and I shall tule together freedom soon regained"
"Mistress of the universe powerful and strong" Maleficent sang as she went back down "Daughter," She reaches her hand out, Mal went to grab it but Maleficent pulls away "Hear me," She put her hand on her ear "Help me" She reaches her hand out again, Mal went forward but Maleficent pulls back again "Join me. Won't you sing along?" They both walk to a different spot, They both grab the staff and began to dance "Now were gonna be evil, it's true" They both now sings "Never gonna thing twice"
Mal looks at her mother, "And we're gonna be spiteful" She pulls the staff to her "Yes, spiteful" Maleficent pulls the Staff back to her "Thats nice" She said and pointed at Mal. She took the staff back to her hands only and kept on singing
"In just an hour or two our future's safe and sure" Maleficent and Mal switched their spots dancing on their way around. They faced each other and Mal grabbed the staff with her mother, They run up the steps stopping once in a while "This mother/daughter act is going out on tour" They made it the top and put their hands up with an big evil smile
"If you wanna be evil and awful and free" Mal turned around with the staff and slammed the end of the staff to the floor with a big smile still on her face, Maleficent held out her hand and Mal grabbed it walking away as Maleficent grabbed her staff
"Then you should thank your lucky star" She danced again as the ceiling opened up and showed the sky "That you were born the girl you are" Maleficent placed her staff to each shoulder and head of Mal's "The daughter of an evilicious queen. Like me" Maleficent held the 'Me' as she levitated again to the sky. At the end green lighting strikes as Maleficent laughed maniacally
"Hey!" Evie voice sounded to Mal making her turned around shocked "I found the wand! Let's go" She told her best friends and carried on walking the way back, Mal looked back at her mom and notice it was back to a Waxed statue, Her mouth was open as she looked back, she kept looking back at the statue as she ran the way Evie went
