Right when I went in the party I heard music playing by Lonnie since she is being the DJ, I looked around for my friends and Mal, Ben, Evie and Freddie together as Ally went in the stage, I made my way to the ones in the dance floor as Ally speaks "It's time for the crowing of the neon lights King and queen, Ben and Evie!" Ally announced
I clapped as Lonnie came over with the crowns and placed them on the two heads "Aww, the jewels on the crown totally match with my eyes" Evie fawned looking herself in her phone "I look so good" She took a selfie "I don't even need a filter"
"I know I'm new to the whole crown thing," Ben started as he messed with the plastic crown, Mal and I chuckled at him quietly "But I don't think plastic jewels are supposed to poke you in the skull"
"Beauty is pain" Mal told him "The I'm gorgeous" Ben added "Sure buddy" I patted him in the back "I know, I really am" Evie said "And now, we invite our king and Queen to do a solo dance!" Ally said into the microphone "Dance for me" Evie told Mal "I've got a date with some bling. Oh, crownie, I love you!"
I let out a laugh "Does she know that the crown is fake right?" I asked out loud "Did my queen just dump me for fake jewelry?" Ben asked an other question
"She sure did" Mal answered him "But hey, you got to admit, they do make a lovely couple"
"They do," Ben said "But I can't let crownie out-dance me"
"I disagree" I stated as I look Evie look at herself in her phone "I ship Evie with Doug" I said mentioning Dopey son, who went to visit his dad for the rest of the school year, Mal nodded also agreeing with me "Shall we?" Ben ask Mal holding his arm and it "We shall.. and stuff" Mal said grabbing his arm, they moved into the open. They waited for the music to start but it never did
"Uh, where's the music?" Mal ask "Maybe it's a really slow dance?" Ben said confused "Uh, excuse us" Ally said, she covered the mic and talked to Lonnie "Uh, we're having some technical difficulties" Ally said after their conversation, the crowd groans at the news "Please hold" She says and jumped down from the stage, she made her way towards Mal and Ben, I followed along wanted to know what happened
"Someone cut the DJ cord" Ally announced "What? Who?" Mal questions "Oh, don't worry" Freddie speaks up "I'll sing for you" She winks, I looked at her suspiciously
"No, really, I mean it. No, no, no, guys, I insists. I got this" She continues to argue while grabbing a guitar but no one is saying anything "Seriously, go on, dance"
Ally and I looked at each other before moving out the way for Mal and Ben to dance
"Why you standing over there" Freddie started to sing and played with the guitar. "Acting like you just don't care? We can make our own kind of music" I went towards Audrey and stood next to her "We might come from different worlds. Might not be your kind of girl"
"But I just wanna let go and lose it" I watched as Ben dipped Mal in the corner of my eyes "We are lost and found, so let's go then the beat around"
"And maybe find a brand new sound. Let's turn it up right now. Because the night is young" I began to bob my head, getting into the music "Whoa. And it just begun,"
"Um, from what I see, it looks like Freddie's kinda saved the party" Jordan said beside me, I looked at her and back to Freddie "I don't know. I'm getting quite suspicious" I told her my perspective "I don't know why you guys are throwing her shade"
"I am not throwing her shade. I gladly accepted her when she came here in Auradon" I told her "Shade?" Jane ask confused "Throwing shade is like talking trash with your eyes, darling" Jordan explained "Like this" She started to glare demonstrating what she means "Ha. You look like Audrey" I said making Audrey scoff "I know what it means" Jane told her "I just wanted to see if you did" She nervously chuckle
"The night is young" I heard Freddie kept singing and Mal and Ben still dancing with each other making me smile "And I wish that it would never end"
"Don't you think it's kind of strange that right after the DJ cord is cut, she jumped in all ready to sing?" Audrey said as we looked at Freddie "I can't believe I'm saying this but I agree what Audrey is saying"
"Maybe she wanted to help?" Jordan said making me shrug "Or maybe she wanted the spotlight" Jane says turning to us "I bet she cut the DJ cord" Audrey said getting to hasty
"Okay, Audrey don't get to hasty" I held my hand out "It wasnt Freddie. I was basically next to her the whole time" I defended
"You better stop trash talking before you cut a vocal cord" Jordan defended as well "Hey, whose side are you on, anyways?" Audrey ask the both us "The side that writes songs that good" Jordan answered as I just shrug "Does it really matter?" I asked her tilting my head "I smell something viral" Jordan sings "Go on, girl. Whoo" She cheers
"And go till the sun comes up" Freddie sings as Jordan swings side by side "The night is young" Freddie finishes, We all cheered for her "Hit it, Lonnie" She winked at the DJ girl, Lonnie winked back giving her a thumbs up. A other songs plays as Freddie walks out the stage

I was taking to some of the girls, I turned around when the door opened and slammed "Jordan, Carlos?" Ben asked as I facepalmed myself "Uh, I'm Jay. That's Jordan" Jay chuckled pointing at Jordan "Oh man. Why do I always do that?" Ben asked himself planting his hand in his face "I don't know because you're dumb?" I said shrugging as Jordan and I walked towards them "Hello, you've known me ever since daddy and me jousting class when we were, like, four, and you still can't get my name right?" Jordan ask "Come on, how many boys do you know named Jordan?"
"Mmm, actually" Ben began but Mal cut him off "Hey, guys, thanks for picking us up three hours ago" Mal said sarcastically as the others joined "But we didn't pick you up" Jay said not knowing she was being sarcastic
"I was being sarcastic" Mal told him "I didn't even get that" Jay said honestly "Living in Auradon is really messing with me"
"Yeah, where we're you guys?" Mal asks the two boys "We got carpet jacked!" Jay answered "What? That doesn't happen here in auradon" I told them placing my hands on my waist "Apparently, it does" Carlos said, I moved my attention towards him "We were really worried about you guys" Ben said "I wasn't" Ally said out loud, she let out a nervous chuckle "Sorry. Too honest?"
"What happened?" Audrey ask "You look rough" She said pointed at their outfits, Carlos looks down at himself "I mean, even more than you usually do"
"I didn't have a chance to pick up my tux," Carlos told Audrey "And it was awesome! White with giant black Dalmatian spots. I was gonna look dogmaziog"
"That is a tragedy" Audrey place her hand on her chest "I know, right?" Carlos said "Uh, I was talking about the tux"
"She's kinda right" Jay said as he place is hands into his waist while Carlos crossed his arms "Not having to see you in that tux is worth the carpet getting stolen" He punched Carlos in the shoulder, Carlos laughs "I know. Good one"
I let out a small giggle that no one heard "So who did it?" Mal ask "I don't know. We were getting ready to head out, and the rug was pulled from underneath our feet. Literally!" Carlos explained, a drum affect was heard, I turn my head towards Lonnie "Seemed fitting" She explained shrugging
"So you never saw who did it?" Jordan questions "Hey, isn't that the mascot?" Jay asked pointing at the moving knight "Huh, I guess Jane did find it" I breathed out
