Andy and I met our Freshman year of high school. He was in my English class, but english was not what brought us together.
It was music. It turned out that me and him were both HUGE fans of this band that was coming to town. My friend was the one who
told me that Andy was going to the concert too, and that's the reason I first spoke to Andy. We talked about this band, and hit it off.
Thus our friendship was born. I guess I owe all my thanks to this band!
Coincidentally I had this band to thank for the whole hugging event, because we were outside in the parking-lot at their concert. You
gotta love the power of music!!
When I was first getting to know Andy I thought that he was a complete goofball. Dont get me wrong, I still think the same thing
today, but I think that it's cute! We were taking our PLAN testing and Andy told the teacher that he didn't know his address. I mean
seriously, a ninth grader didn't know his address!! As I got to know him better, that just added to his attractiveness. Andy was
different than other guys, and he was really the first guy who got to know me. We had so much in common, yet there were differences
about us that attracted me to him even more.
