Sam was still trying to pull the metal coil from the beam.

"What's your name, again?" Jenkins asked.

"It's Sam," Sam grunted.

"Why don't you give up, Sammy, there's no way out,"

"Don't...call me...Sammy!" Sam groaned and finally tore the coil down.

A small piece of metal fell on the floor also.

"What is it?" Jenkins wondered.

Sam picked it up and looked at it. "It's a bracket,"

"Well, thank God, a bracket. Now we've got 'em, huh?"

Suddenly, Jenkins' cage unlocked itself and opened.

"Must've been short," Jenkins climbed out of the cage "Maybe you knocked somethin' loose,"

"I think you should get back in there, Jenkins," Sam reasoned.

"What?"

"This isn't right,"

"Don't you wanna get out of here?"

"Yeah. But that was too easy,"

"Look, I'm gonna get out of here, and I'm gonna send help, okay, don't worry,"

"No, I'm serious. Jenkins-this might be a trap,"

"Bye, Sammy," Jenkins pushed open the door and left.

"Jenkins!" Sam called out.

On the other side of the door, Jenkins was in another room similar to the one he just left.

Jenkins found an exit and left.

In the other room, Jenkins' cage slammed shut.

Outside, Jenkins was walking around the outside of a rundown house.

Jenkins found a knife on the ground and picked it up. He looked up to the sky. "Thank you. Jenkins started running into the woods. He heard a noise and raised his knife, then started to run in the rain.

Before long, a man in camouflage jumped in front of him and knocked him down with a long knife.

Jenkins fell to the ground but stuck his knife in the man's leg.

The man stumbled, allowing Jenkins to get up and run away.

Jenkins reached a clearing. He looked around, lost.

Suddenly, another camouflage man appeared and put his knife through Jenkins' leg, then removed it.

The first camouflaged man appeared, and they both pointed their knives at Jenkins, who was on the ground.

Jenkins was able to get up and run away.

The men watched Jenkins and laughed.

Jenkins kept running but tripped over a thin wire on the ground.

The men caught up to Jenkins and raised their knives.

Dean and Deputy Kathleen were walking back to the car, holding cups of coffee.

"Hey, Officer? Look, I don't mean to press my luck," Dean said.

"Your luck is so pressed," Deputy Kathleen pointed out.

"Right. I was wondering why are you helping me out, anyway? Why don't you just lock me up?"

"My brother, Riley, disappeared three years ago. A lot like Sam and Natalia. We searched for him, but-nothing. I know what it's like to feel responsible for someone, and them-Come on. Let's keep at it," Deputy Kathleen got in the car.

Deputy Kathleen and Dean were driving by the edge of the forest when Dean noticed something.

"Wait, wait, wait-pull over here. Pullover," Dean said.

They pulled over and got out of the car, then walked towards the forest.

"It's the first turn-off I've seen so far," Dean noted.

"You stay here, I'll check it out," Deputy Kathleen ordered.

"No way,"

"Hey. You're a civilian. And a felon, I think. I'm not taking you with me,"

"You're not goin' without me,"

Deputy Kathleen sighed "Alright. Do you promise you won't get involved? You'll let me handle it?"

"Yeah, I promise," Dean claimed.

"Shake on it." Deputy Kathleen extended her hand.

Dean shook it.

While they were shaking hands, Kathleen placed a set of handcuffs on Dean's arm.

"Oh, come on," Dean whined.

Kathleen handcuffed Dean to the door handle and started walking away.

"This is ridiculous. Kathleen, I think you're gonna need my help," Dean argued.

"I'll manage. Thank you," Deputy Kathleen locked the door and walked away.

"I gotta start carrying paper clips," Dean grunted.
