I hoped there wouldn't be any more fighting when we walked out the door. I heard banging of metal and saw flashes of light. We were up in the air standing on a bronze platform with railings for walls and it lead to a hallway path that looked the same as what we were standing on. At the bottom I saw a ton of people. Except not all of them were people. I saw swords, shields, and guns being made. I felt my jaw drop.
"That's big. What is that?" Andrew asked.
"Um, They're making weapons," Kara answered surprised.
"Yeah, but-," Andrew started to say but realized there wasn't anything to say.
"Hey, who's that?" Kara asked pointing to the other side of the room. There was someone with dark red and black armor. The armor only covered his arms besides his elbows and shoulders, it covered his whole knees besides his left bottom of it, and he had a helmet on the had a straight line of open space where his eyes were with three small holes for his nose. The red and black didn't seem to be in any pattern. The man looked very muscular and tall but he was sitting on a chair, or throne. The throne was on a platform slightly higher then where the forging was and had a smaller throne to the left of it. No one was sitting in the smaller throne, I assumed the person was near where the forging was going on. Both thrones were gold color but the bigger one was shinier yet the one that was smaller sparkled. The sparkled on it were all different colors but were a light version of the color. On the bigger throne there was a sword outlined on both arm rests and had stars outlined on the rest. The man had been looking down at someone making a silver sword but suddenly looked up- at me. His eyes grew wide then he yelled something in another language that I didn't know. I heard marching noises, coming from below, getting closer to us.
"U-um, guys." I whispered getting worried.
"Huh? Wh-," Andrew started to ask then looked where the marching had came from.
"Well, looks like fighting isn't done," I said try to sound confident and not worried but probably failed.
"Yeah. We're closer though. We just have to get to him. Maybe we can skip having to fight them and go straight to him," Kara hoped.
"Wish. They're kinda close to us," Andrew said.
They were walking up steps that led to were we were standing. They all were identical except for there right arm. The sleeve on the right arm was colored something different than the rest of the people. The had helmets on that showed there hair. There hair was only a inch high and the whole hair stood straight up not moving. The hair was blue. I couldn't see anything else human about them because they had silver armor covering the rest of them. I didn't notice it till they got closer to us but some of them had two other arms hiding behind there backs, others had a third eye but the eye lid was the same color as the armor so I didn't notice till one of them opened it.
"Uh oh," Andrew said.
"Yeah. We better start fighting," Kara said taking out her weapons. I unsheathed my sword and put on my glasses. I ran too them and pretty soon we were battling. Kara stayed invisible the whole time so I don't know where she was but occasionally I would see someone get hurt or flinch from something and then look around to see who it was. Andrew was able to use his super strength and not need to use his sword as much. He just punched and kicked them making dents in the armor. He did need to use his sword to seriously hurt them though. I payed more attention to what I was doing. I used my glasses technology to out smart who I was fighting. There was about more than ten of them and I didn't know why that person from my dream thought I could defeat them. There was three of us and more then twenty of them. The only thing we has that made us strong was our powers. That reminded me that I could use my power- fire. I wasn't sure how to do it but I lit my hand on fire and make a ball of fire hover above my blazing hand. I looked up before I threw it and the thing looked scared. Oh sure like I could do a ton to it. I made the ball bigger then backed up and launched it at the thing. The ball hit the thing in the middle of his face. As soon as it hit his face it started melting. Like a metal would do when it got heated by fire. I made more fireballs and threw them at it and it started melting even quicker. I saw the other ones look at me scared and Kara and Andrew happy. I smiled too then created more fireballs. They all blazed on top of my hand. I would have thought that my hand would burn but it didn't, it felt like when you set the shower to the perfect warmth, were it's hot but it only feels warm to you. I threw the balls at them making a new one as soon as they were thrown. My throwing skill wasn't perfect but it was good enough that it hit the person I aimed for just not where on the person I aimed for. Pretty soon I had melted six or seven of them and was getting ready to finish the last couple when I heard a loud voice say, "Ugh! Just stop already! I want to be able to fight them when they aren't worn out." The voice was low and strong. The people or monsters stepped back and lowered there weapons. I stood there shocked, completely still. I was pretty sure Kara and Andrew were standing still to. Why would someone want to personally battle us and tell there warriors to stop fighting us? I didn't have enough time to think about why the person would want to fight us personally and take out his guards because he was in front of us in less then a minute. I barely saw him come up to where we were. I only saw him put his arms on the arm rests of his throne and stand up then all I saw was a couple blurs. I leaned back surprised by how fast he got to me.
"What do you want?" I asked not sure how to use my voice. He was a LOT taller than me and was very strong.
"I want you," He said. His voice was calmer now as he pointed to my chest. I looked at his pointer finger. It had a snake tattoo rolling around his finger and his nail was v shaped at the end. I knew I would never say yes but for some reason I had to think about his question before I answered. I shook my head.
"No," I answered.
"What?! Why would you say no to ME?" He questioned.
"Because I'm not going to help someone who wants to destroy the world," I said. My voice came out strong and fierce.
"Oh, really. Well in that case..." I looked at his face and saw that his irises were red. I hadn't been paying much attention to his eyes before but I knew they weren't red. As I looked at him I noticed my head rise and realized he was getting taller and me trying to look at him lifted my head up. His armor grew bigger too, to fit his new body size. He was at least four feet taller and even his muscles grew bigger. In fact everything on his body and probably in got bigger. I noticed that his guards started backing up. Why would they back up? Is he just to big for them? Then i noticed that he was reaching behind his right shoulder with his left hand. I couldn't see what he was doing until he pulled his hand back. He was holding a sword. The sword was long. Gold and very shiny. Just like his finger it had a picture of a snake rapped around the sword. The snake was outlined bright red and didn't have any color filling it in. He lifted his sword getting ready to hit me. In reflex I took out my sword and held it in front of me. His sword grew to bright to look at. It was a gold and bright as the sun. What is wrong with that sword? I heard some unsheathing of swords as I closed my eyes knowing I would die. I didn't stand a chance. His sword was coming down at me I knew that even with my eyes closed. I felt myself get hot but not from embarrassment but I ignored it and kept holding my eyes closed and imagined what my after life would be like.
