Hey bitches,

What's your dream job?

Mine is a writer or a dancer/ actress.

Any would do as long as I'm not broke.

————————————————————————

I had just arrived in this building a mere 20 minutes ago. That had to be a record!
How the fuck do you get fired in TWENTY MINUTES?

Just as she finished her sentence, I heard the door click open though I was too annoyed to focus on anything other than the fact that my whole life is falling apart on day one. Day fucking one.
"Well actually-," I begin holding too much pride too beg yet I had too much words to say.
"Out." She demands as her attention is drawn to the person behind me.
Sighing, I eventually give up. Pleading with her would only make me look weak and weakness was not on my radar, she shouldn't see me as it in any such way.

I keep my head up yet eyes down as I walk towards the door in slight fury colliding with a firm, hard shoulder that shot a stinging pain through mine also causing me to knock down what looks like a very EXPENSIVE vase.
Arrested by 4:00pm?
I can already see the charges: verbal abuse, destruction of property. God, she would ruin me if it came to that

Ready to curse the prick I had bumped into, my eyes shift upwards as they notice a man.
I slowly took in the sharp jawline, hazel eyes with a hint of grey, the black hair slicked back from his forehead. He was hot...until he spoke.
All wanderlust until I saw his expression raining down on me.
His eyebrows were raised in an almost sarcastic manner.

"Watch it." He warns me.
YOU BUMPED INTO ME ASSHOLE!
"Bitch." I mutter under my breath but I knew he heard it. Hell, I made sure he heard it.
Preventing myself from the satisfaction of her calling security on me, I hunched over to pick up the widely spread shards of glass on the floor.
My spine shivers slightly when the two get into a heated discussion. Well, the arrogant man was heated, Tori seemed...scared and determined.
Two unusual reactions considering her status.

Despite being so invested in the two, tears so badly wanted to rush out of my eyes. Somehow, I managed to screw this up. It was funny so fucking funny yet I was frustrated.
I'm not even sure how it's possible to get fired when I haven't even properly secured the job yet.
I was determined not to break down on the floor in front of people although I must say, it was tempting.

"Damien." Tori mutters.

"It's Mr Cortez to you." He announces aggressively.

"We have offered you our best-," she cuts herself off halfway bringing her unwanted attention to me.
"You already wasted my time for not taking that case, hurry up and get out." She yells at me.

3:00pm is looking really tempting right about now.
"As I was saying, we have offered you our best lawyers yet you still seem unsatisfied. What more can we do?" She sulks.
"We're the best in the country? You won't exceed with anyone but us." She attempts manipulation.

"What more can we do?" I imitate her rather loudly that I heard the man I have come to know as Damien chuckle a little.

"Do I need to call security?" She raises her eyebrows at me.
You know what? Getting arrested in New York sounds rather fun, maybe I'll take the offer.
"Fuck me, you know what-," I begin raging at my ill treatment.
"I think you need to take a few breaths." He cuts me off.

"Shut it Linguini." I cut him off diverting my attention back to her.

"You're a bitch. A total, hideous, raging bitch." I rant.
"And the shades of grey in your office don't even match." I fold my arms.
What am I doing with my life?
"Right THATS IT-," she struts furiously up to me and I gulp in fear yet I don't make it apparent. What is she going to do now? Hit me with a recipient folder.
