23) I can't stop

Sophia POV

She was kissing me

Gal was actually kissing me

She hold my waist tighter and I loop my arms around her neck. We slowly pulled away and Gal gave me a peck before we actually stopped.

"Wow" She whispered

"Uh sorry" I immediately let go of her

I can't do this

She's my teacher and about to marry my dad.

"What happened? Did I bite your lip-"

"No it's just- this whatever we are. We can't" I said and she sighs. I saw her eyes and she understands but she doesn't want too.

She wants to fight back but she knows I was right

We are wrong

"You're right. Sorry lets just forget about it" She said and I nodded. "Let's pretend it never happened" I said and she nodded. We walked to the hotel and went to the elevator

"So I was your first kiss?" She said and I froze

"M-Maybe" I immediately walked into our room and unlocked the door "Glad to be your first" She smirked and walked towards me making me back up until my back hits the wall

What is she doing?

"I want to be your first in everything" She whispered and trapped me with her arms. "I told you to forget about us" I ducked down her arms and walked away where I heard her sigh

"Now go to sleep, we're going to Times Square tomorrow" I said and went to the restroom where I changed into some shorts and a shirt. I went out the restroom and I immediately turned around

Gal was shirtless

Her abs still in my head which isn't right

"Uh sorry" I said awkwardly

"It's okay, I don't mind" She responded and I waited until she was done. "You can turn" She said and I turned around "You hungry?" She asked and I shake my head. "It's late and I'm kinda tired. I think I'll just sleep" I said and she nodded

I lay on my bed playing my phone until I fall asleep

I woke up with someone breathing and hitting the bedsheets hard. I look at Gal and she was sweating and shaking. I immediately go over her and wake her up

"Gal!" I said and she sat up quickly

She looked at me and checked if I was okay

"You're okay" I heard her whispered

"Another nightmare?" I asked and she nodded her head. "I'll get you some water" I stood up but she grabbed my wrist "Please stay" She mumbled and I turned around to look at her. Even though it's kinda dark I still see her eyes.

"Okay I won't go" I whispered

"Can you cuddle with me?" She asked and I was surprised what she said

"Never mind-"

"Okay" I said and her eyes lit up. She scoot over and I lay down and turn around where she spooned me. I admit this feels nice and she snuggled closer to me. I felt my eyes getting heavy and soon feel asleep in Gals arms

The next morning I was laying on Gals chest and she was holding me. This feels so nice I don't want to get up. I look at her and admire her face. She's so beautiful. Her lips. How she kissed me last night and I actually enjoyed it.

I sigh. I can't do this to her it's wrong

I slowly got up but she pulled me down

"5 more minutes" She whispered softly

"Let me just enjoy this moment" She said and I was blushing at this point

We both finally got up in the morning and did our mourning routine. Gal went down the lobby first with the other teachers to get things ready. I went down after 15 minutes she left. I made it to the lobby where Gal ran up to me and gave me coffee. I smiled and thanked her.

I sip my coffee quietly when Taylor came by. She put her arm around me and squeezed me tightly making me not breath.

"Why are you hugging me" I said "Because I haven't seen you a lot recently" She said and I chuckled because we literally just saw each other yesterday. We talked and she was making jokes making me laugh and I playfully hit her.

"Sophia!"

We both turned our heads and we saw our class leaving

We ran to them and Taylor went with her friend group and I saw Samuel talking to his crush, Annie. He's been trying to ask her out this whole trip and I figured I should hang out with him so he can have time with her more.

Gal stood next to me the whole time when we walked to the museum.

When we arrived she never left me. She was either following me or staying close to me. We stopped at some exhibits in the museum and it was time for lunch. Our class sat outside eating pizza that the teachers bought and I sat on the grass with Samuel. I saw Gal talking to another teacher. She looks really busy talking to him.

I finished eating and I needed to go to the restroom. I asked another teacher if I could go and she nodded

I walked to the restroom which was a pretty far walk. I did my business and when walked back to everyone was at when I saw Taylor running after me.

"Oh hey Tay-"

"You're okay!" She hugged me "Yeah I just went to the restroom" I said being confused "Gal got into a fight with a man" She said and I immediately ran back

When I arrived I saw Gal holding a man in his collar with one hand and her other hand is on a phone.

What is happening?

Gal was playing on the phone and let the man go and dropped the phone "I'll call the police next time" She said sternly and the man ran away.

What just happened?

The rest of the day Gal didn't talk to me and I can see her bruises are getting worse. We went back to the hotel and I immediately went to look for the first aid kit but she took a shower. I waited on my bed until she was done. She got out of the shower wearing her pajamas

"Sit" I said and she didn't listen to me so I went over to her and push her down to sit on the bed while I was standing in front of her.

I opened the first aid kit and gently clean her wound on her shoulder and I can feel her staring at me. I took care of her wound and throw away some trash

"What happened?" I whispered and she sighs

"I saw you walking away at lunch and I noticed you weren't coming back so I got worried. I looked for you and then I saw this man coming out of the woman's restroom holding his phone. I got suspicious and I confronted him and that's when the fight started" she said

"What was on his phone? Why was he in the woman's restroom?" I asked

"He was taking pictures of you..." She mumbled and my heart dropped "I got so angry I punched him. Don't worry I deleted everything In his photo album" She said and I sigh in relief

"Thank you" I said and kissed her cheek because it's the least thing I could do. I saw Gal eyes widened and smiled softly looking at me and I ran away to take a shower blushing

When I got back from the shower Gal was still in the same position. I rolled my eyes and waved at her face.

"Go to sleep, we leave tomorrow" I said and she nodded
