Talks with Walker..

I was standing by Thomas by the back door next too the stage.I was looking out to the outside bleachers.My dad,Rip,Beth,Kayce,John,Walker,and Ryan were sitting on the bleachers.Rip noticed me but avoided eye contact so he wouldn't give me away.

"Cowboy's and Cowgirl's Please welcome Kayla Dutton and Thomas Rhett preforming Lady May-by Tyler Childers!!"

I looked over at Thomas as I stepped on the steps of the stage walking up on stage holding Thomas's hand for support.

"You got this Kay."he whispered.

"Your right."I smiled as I turned around to the mic.

"Hi,My names Kayla Dutton and this is my dear friend Thomas Rhett."I said looking out into the crowd.

I'm a stones throw from the mill,

I opened my eyes hearing Thomas's guitar stop strumming as we ended the song.The crowd was hootin and hollarin,loud claps made.We stepped off stage, we walked too the end of the bleachers standing as we took off our hats.

"Next off is the national Anthem,McKenzie Seradical singing!!"

What's so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming,

Whose broad stripes and bright stars through the perilous fight,

O'er the ramparts we watched, were so gallantly streaming?,

And the rockets red glare, the bombs bursting in air gave proof threw the night that our flag was still there,

O say does that Star-Spangled Banner yet wave,

O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave.

Claps were made,as everyone out there hats back on.The Rodeo went on for about 2 hours when I was called.

"As our ending, Kayla Dutton!!"

I walked on stage with a smile.

"Hello, everyone thanks so much for coming! I hope everyone had fun Tonight!I would just like to say a few words before everyone leaves."I said.

"I'm gonna announce first,second and third of Horse bucking.Before I talk,"I said laughing as I was given three cards.

"In third place is Ashley Myer."

"In second place is Derek Spaulding."

And Last but not least in first place, is Jimmy hurdstrum!!!"I yelled off into the crowd.

Jimmy came walking up on stage next too me.

"Congrats!"I smiled as I pulled him into a hug.

He hugged me back,and then pulled away as he walked over too Lloyd who is my dad.

"Ok,now I can blabber now!!"I said into the mic.

"Hello,my names Kayla Dutton! I'm 26 and I wouldn't be here without my best friend who told me I needed too be someone.And not just a girl stuck on a Ranch.I wouldn't be here today without my fiance Kayce Dutton. And most of all my singing started when I met Walker.He brought that part of my life out for everyone too see.And I really just wanna thank you guys,for coming here tonight.Also last but not least is the ending song.This took me a while to find but I'm going too be singing with my dear Friend Thomas Rhett.!."I said smiling into the crowd.
