"i'm sorry i shouldn't have said anything like that" she said looking away with a sad look, "no i mean it's okay yes we could get to know each other more i'd love that" i said as she looked back to me with a surprised look"

Y/n's POV

we sat in awkward silence so a long time after what she said
"so your girlfriends kind of an ass right?" camila said finally breaking the silence with a slight smile

"thank god" i thought
"yeah well she means no harm at least not to me" i said looking at the pond in front of us

camila snickered "so does her meaning no harm is not talking to you for weeks and bringing her ex to your work place" camila said

"you have a slight point cabello" i said laughing a little she raised her eyebrow while she chuckled

"a slight point? you know i'm right y/n and i didn't know we were on last name basis?" camila said with a smirk
we were both staring at each other for a while until we were cut off by my phone ringing

*clarke is calling*

"sorry camila clarke likes to intrude" i said as i picked up the phone

"what do you want intruder" i said and heard camila laugh

"oh my god y/n are you seriously with lexa i swear i saw her leave the restaurant with costia" clarke said as i bite my lip

"yes i know clarke and no i'm not with lexa i'm with camila" i said

"if you're with lex- wait who's camila and why are you with her like i'm not against you cheating on lexa because of the shit she did to you-" i cut clark off before she could go on or finish what she was going to say

"i am not cheating on lexa i'm not that low of a person i just met camila a few days ago and we're just hanging out, besides that's not even the point what did you call me for?" i said

"oh that since you have a new friend probably new love affair" oh god i feel her smirking through the phone i said in my head but she went on "raven is throwing a party which starts in an hour you should come and bring your new lover did i mention i invited lexa" clark said

"no you didn't but i'll see if she wants, now bye clarkeeeee" i said as i hung up and sighed

"so that happened" i said

"i guess it did but what happened exactly?" camila said as she laughed

"um my friend invited me to a party and sorta invited you too but it's totally okay if you don't wanna come she'll understand" i said nervously

"is lexa gonna be there" she said looking at me

"yes?" i said with an eyebrow raised

"then i'm in what time exactly is this party" camila said

"in like an hour ?" i said looking at her

"okay if lexa says anything to you just ignore her if she wants to go everywhere with her ex and not talk to me in weeks then let's not bother with her" i said with my hand on the door nob
