"...remember we used to do that?..."

i sat up and tore my focus from the stars to the person had said that

"raven hey, what are you doing here?" i said with a small smile as she looked down from the stars and faced me

"clarke was telling me about what happened so i got off my ass to come check on you" i nodded after she said that

"but seriously how are you?" she said as she sat down beside me

"on all honesty... i feel like my worlds been ripped into pieces that i don't even wanna bother glueing back together" i stated fidgeting with my fingers and felt her lay her head on my shoulder as she took a huge sigh

"you know if you just gave me a chance you wouldn't have to go through all this" she said quietly, my eyes went wide in shock

she's with clarke right? is this even right for her to admit if she's dating my best friend jesus christ this is a lot to take in right now,

"raven you're with clarke i can't do that to her she's my best friend and you're her girlfriend" i pulled away which made her look at me with a smile

"that's a what if y/n i'm not here begging you to date me" she laughed and looked away

"i'm just saying you deserve better and i know i'm with clarke which is super complicated because we're on and off though in another life time somewhere id be yours in a snap of a finger but i'm saying that as a friend even thou i had a crush on you before clarke," she said as she sighed and look at me with a smile

i laughed a little as we sat in comfortable silence as i bumped her shoulder

"wow i didn't know the big bad raven had a crush on me" i laughed

"hey that was before clarke give me a break y/n" she joined me while i was laughing

"but seriously i wanted to see if you'd like to come to a party with me clarke's gonna be there and i'd like for you to meet one of my friends, she's extremely nice and i wouldn't even blame you if you liked her as soon as you seen her" she laughed and looked at me scanning my face to see me in deep thought

"but if you don't wan-" i cut her off

"i'm in," i said standing up and she just laughed

"slow down y/n excited to meet my friend are you?" she stood up

"no that's not it you dork i just need a distraction away from all this crap" i said as i heard the door open and it was my dad

"what are you girls up too" he said looking at me with a sad smile i know what that face is he knows about lexa and i

"i was wondering if i could y/n to a party" raven asked my dad

"sure why not, that'll take her mind off the person that broke my babies heart" he said and pulled me into my hug

"have fun but not too much fun where i have to make sure she isn't throwing up everywhere" he stated looking at both raven and i

"whatever see you later dad" i grabbed ravens hand and dragged her to her vehicle

"bye y/n's dad!!" she yelled from her vehicle as he stood at the steps waving
