Getting Julius dressed, he went back to sucking his fist. Grabbing the teething toy, I gave it to him. Switching to the toy, he gnawed on it. Spinning to Olivia behind me, I helped her get dressed. Putting her hair up, I tickled her. Giggling she ran to her room. Quickly checking the nappy bag, I picked Julius up off my bed. In the hall, Olivia stood waiting with her shoes now on and her backpack. Surprisingly she had the right shoes on the correct feet. Walking out to the car, I put Julius in his seat first, putting the nappy bag under him, I went around and helped Olivia into her seat. Locking the house, I went and got in the car myself.

Driving a few minutes down the road, I turned down the private road. My hands shock nervously against the steering wheel as we drove over the cattle grid and into the main house yard. "Do they have horses?" Olivia cooed from the backseat. Slowing down, I pointed to the barn. "In there baby"
"Are they gonna be having dinner too?"
"Yeah baby. Ya know they might have a unicorn in there too" I smiled back at her. Her feet began kicking her seat as she got excited. Parking in the spot I used to, I looked at the swing hanging from the biggest tree branch, still waiting to be used. "You see that swing?" I asked her pointing to it.
"Yeah"
"That's where I found out about you"
"Did you use the stick like with Juju?" She asked surprising me.
"Not the same one but yes" I confirmed.

Getting out, I helped her out. Going around to pick up Julius, I found him smiling up at me. "Cheeky monkey" I teased down at him. Putting the nappy bag over my shoulder, I picked him up and out the car. On the front porch Denny and Garrett stood waiting for us. In the front window I saw him. Even from where I stood I could see the tears threatening to fall. Behind him stood Rickey, God he looked amazing.

Quickly looking away, we walked up to boys. By the time we got to the steps, Frankie was helping Kane out the front doors. Behind them Rickey stayed in the hallway. "Come here darling" Kane's sweet voice breaking the silence. Holding his hand out to me, I took it and stepped in front of him. "Here I'll take him" Denny offered. Dropping my hand from Kane's, I let the bag fall to the ground and handed Julius over to Denny. Turning back to Kane, I felt the tears fall. Smiling at him, he pulled me into a hug. "You're finally home" he whispered into my ear.

Pulling away, Olivia gripped onto my leg. Looking down at her, I put my hand on her head. "You must be Olivia" Kane smiled down at her.
"Yes" she smiled proudly up at him.
"How old are you now?"
"6. I start school next week"
"Wow. You wanna know something? I was there when you were born"
"I know, mummy told me. She told me she wanted you to be there when Juju was born... But Noah wouldn't let her" the mention of Noah made everyone quiet and edgy.
"Baby don't call him by his first name, it's rude" I tried to explain to her.
"But grandma said he doesn't deserve to be called dad" closing my eyes, I rubbed my forehead.
"I'll need to talk to your grandmother then" I grumbled lowly and crouched down.

"Olivia. How old is Juju?" Kane inquired, changing the subject.
"He is... 1... 2... 5 months" she smiled proudly once she got it. Kissing her head, she smiled deeper. "Can you tell Kane his full name?" I edged her as Denny handed him back to me.
"Julius... Xavier" she announced and looked at me. Smiling at her, I turned to Kane. He smiled proudly at me, he even seemed to stand taller. "Mummy can I see the unicorn?" She whispered loudly to me.
"Rickey? You gonna show the young lady our unicorn?" Garrett teased Rickey, who now stood in the doorway.
"Sure."
"Only if you finish your plate" I interjected.
