Summary: Levi leaves (y/n) for Petra and Hanji thinks up of a plan to try make him jealous with you and Eren but will the plan work?

You couldn't stand it, Petra Ral . What did she have that you didn't? you had been there for Levi long before she had but when she came along he tossed you to the side like an unwanted toy. You were having none of it, you would make her pay.

You and Levi had hit it off really well, things were going along so smoothly and what enraged you was that he didn't seem to care, he hadn't even looked at you for over a week now. before we would talk on a daily basis.

But at the end of the day you felt over whelmed sadness, was there something wrong with me?

Someone told me stay away from things that aren't yours
But was he yours, if he wanted me so bad?

"(y/n)" Hanji said, clamping a hand down on my shoulder, causing me to jolt in my seat. "what" I moaned, leaning back. "getting jealous again?" she smirked you squeaked, covering her mouth with your hands. glaring into her eyes "shut up" I whisper yelled.

She put her hands up surrendering, hesitantly you pulled away giving her a warning stare. she giggled quietly. "you looked so mad" she giggled again, causing you to roll your eyes. "I hate this" you groaned into your hands

Hanji gave you a sympathetic look, placing her hand on your shoulder. "if he choses someone else why don't you?" Hanji said. "its not that easy" you sighed

"I know but it doesn't have to be serious, we can get one of the boys to be in on it. Show that you don't care about him either" Hanji said with a triumphant grin. you thought for a moment. It did actually sound like a good plan but could you actually go through with it?

You sat out in the training field alone under the shade of a single tree. closing your eyes you took a deep breath, feeling a soft breeze, the area around you darkened slightly causing you to open your eyes, you looked up to see eren kneeling in front of you, a small grin on his face

"Hanji told me about the plan, I'm willing to help" he said, sitting down beside you. Eren had been your friend since the first day of the cadets. but little did you know, over the years he had developed feelings for you

"He's an asshole y'know, he must be blind to pick her over you" he said, tucking a strand of hair behind your ear. you frowned looking down. "maybe this plan might work though"

"right" Eren mumbled as you rested your head on his shoulder.

Levi stood at the front steps with Petra by his side, he looked out into the field to see both (y/n) and that titan brat together, he didn't like it but he wasn't going to object, he had Petra.

A few days had passed, you and Eren continued to act like a couple but he didn't even bat an eye. but Hanji insisted that you and Eren kept up the act. You found yourself actually enjoying the time you spent with him.

You both sat in the mess hall with Mikasa and Armin on either side of you and Eren on the other side of the table. You tore off a small piece of bread and tossed it at Eren, witch he caught in his mouth.

You, Armin and Eren let out a laugh as he swallowed the bread. Levi heard your laugh from across the room and watched as you both tossed bread into each others mouth, including Armin and Mikasa

"Oi! brats, quit making a mess and clean it up" he shouted, glaring at you in particular. Petra held onto his arm giving you a smug look "yes sir" Armin spoke up.

Soon everyone began talking again, you all looked at each other, Mikasa smirked "I think its working" you and Eren looked at each other before he turned to look behind him to see the corporals eyes burning into his. he whipped his head around immediately, letting out a nervous laugh.

We had been through a rough expedition, encountering the female titan. A massive amount of people had been killed, Including Levi's entire squad. he rode his horse with a look of devastation. he had lost Petra.

You felt sorry for him, Petra was a bitch but she didn't deserve to die. you had this weird feeling in your chest as you sat in the cart looking down at Eren's unconscious body. You wanted to hold and comfort Eren, not Levi.

Too much time had passed, Eren had taught you how to be happy again not only that but he had taught you how to love. that's the only way you could put it, the plan had completely backfired.

And you were positive Eren felt the same way. He let out a soft groan as he opened his eyes they immediately met yours, placing a hand on his chest, he gave you a smile which you returned with tears brimming your eyes. Levi was now riding not too far behind the cart watching the pair of you with regret, grieve and sorrow in his heart.

Eren sat up still looking into your eyes as he wiped a tear away with his thumb. "I-I think I love you Eren" You whimpered.

Eren's eyes widened in shock before he crashed his lips onto yours, you melted into it immediately, it was slow and passionate. You both pulled away panting heavily. He rested his fore head on yours. "I've always loved you (y/n)" he said wrapping his arms around you.

Levi felt his heart shatter. how could he have been so blind, she was always there for him and he rejected her, she now had someone else, it was his fault, is this how he made her feel? at the same time his heart was also torn from Petra's death

(y/n) smiled as the last of her tears dried, she glanced over Eren's shoulder to meet Levi's gaze. she gave him one last bittersweet smile before burying her head into Eren's chest. There was no where you'd rather be than in Eren's gentle embrace.
