Gally had just finished his last fight and heard Minho saying his 2 truths and 1 lie. Furious Gally was about to storm over knock him out with one punch but then he remembered what Y/n had said to him a couple months ago about his anger and he has to calm down and think before he does anything violent.
With a deep breath Gally calls out to the group "How about it greenie" and gestures to the group of boys that have formed a circle around him.
"Oh god it seems Gally has challenged you to your first ever fight" Newt says looking at the the boy. "Best not to keep him waiting" Zart states helping the greenie to his feet. The greenie let's Zart lead him over to Gally but he looks nervous and his head spins looking for Newt to help him.
As the two groups quickly form one I call out saying "Go easy on the greenie Gally". Once Gally finished explaining the rules to the greenie the fight began. It was intense Gally was surprised by how much of a fight the greenie was putting up but with a swift push and kicking the greenie's feet out from under him Gally had won.
The poor boy lay on the ground in shock until he mumbled something under his breath. Without a second warning the greenie shot up and shouted across the glade "I REMEMBER MY NAME!" "I'M THOMAS!".
"Thomas!" Alby shouts back pointing at the boy wrapping him up into a group hug welcoming the boy now known as Thomas to the glade. Thomas was now officially a grader with the rest of us. A screech came from the maze making some people's smiles faultier.
"What was that?" Thomas asks looking back over to maze with more curiosity in his voice than concern. "That my friend was a griever" Gally says. With that the night was over and everyone went to bed.
