My best friend Eunmi is friends with guy cute guy called Choi Taeyang. I haven't met him before but I've heard good things about him and he's cute too. I know I shouldn't hand a crush on him when I've never even met him but I kinda do. Eunmi got to know Taeyang at drama club a few years ago but they became friends more recently. I really want to meet him but Eunmi hasn't got round to introducing us yet. Hopefully we will soon. I want to meet him as he seems a really nice and sweet guy. I have just got home from work this evening. I collapse on my bed after a long day. My phone pings and I get a text from Eunmi saying 'Hey girl, do you want to meet me and Taeyang in the park in half an hour'. 'Yeah okay sure' I replied. I thought I couldn't really say no as I've been looking forward to meeting him for a while. I lay on my bed for a bit and end up going to sleep. It was past 30 minutes and I was still in my work uniform. I quickly get out of my work clothes and into something more comfortable for the evening. I text Eunmi to say that I'm coming and having fallen asleep but I'm on my way now. I arrive at the park soon and Eunmi and Taeyang are sat on the bench by the entrance to the park. "Hey, sorry. I'm late. I feel asleep after work" I say. "It's no problem. Sorry to ask to you meet after you've worked but I know you're really wanting to meet Taeyang" Eunmi said. "It's great. I'm here now" I say. "Y/ N, so nice to finally meet you" said Taeyang offering me his hand. "Yes nice to meet you too" I smile. I sit next to him and he smiles at me. So Taeyang and I finally get to meet after so long. It's good. We talk amongst ourselves for a while and I get to know Taeyang

We are still in the park having fun and getting to know each other. I think Taeyang and I are getting along pretty well. "Does anyone want an ice cream or a drink or anything?" Eunmi asks. "Yeah sure a coffee would be nice" i reply. "Hmmm soda" Taeyang said. "Okay I'll be back soon" Eunmi said. Eunmi goes to the cafe to get us drinks leaving Taeyang and I alone. I did feel a little awkward at first being alone with him. "So, Y/ N like I said earlier it's nice to finally meet you" Taeyang said. "Yes it is. I've been wanting to meet you for a while since Eunmi told me about you" I say. "Ah right. That's good" he laughs. I didn't really know what else to say to him. I went all shy. Eunmi came back a couple of minutes later. "Here you go, friends" she smiles. "Thanks, my friend" Taeyang said. "Thanks, bestie" I say. We sit on the bench and drink our drinks before taking a little walk around the park. Taeyang walks in the middle of me and Eunmi. "My girls" he smiles putting his arms around us. "Yes" we both say looking up at him. We take a nice long walk around the park and end up in the kids play area. "Kids are so cute" Taeyang said. "Yes kids are adorable" I say. "Me and Y/ N always talk about having kids. Don't we. Not together of course. Haha" Eunmi said. "Yes we do. Can't wait to have kids one day when I'm a little older and more grown up" I say. "I'd love kids one day too. I'd be a cool dad" Taeyang said. We all smile and laugh. We hangout by the kids play area for a while. I wanted to get home after as I'm still tired from work but it was definitely worth meeting Taeyang. He's just as nice and cute as I thought

I gave gotten to know Taeyang a bit better over the last few months. We have become friends now too which is great. He's a really nice guy too. I think might be falling for him but I don't want to upset Eunmi as we are best friends and she knew Taeyang before me. I don't really know what to do as it could end in tears if Eunmi finds out I like Taeyang in that way. Today me and Taeyang are hanging out at the mall. He asked me and I said yes of course. Eunmi had other plans so couldn't join us but never mind. I am on my way to meet Taeyang at the mall now so I'll be with him soon. I called him when I left my place. The mall is 15 minutes away from where I live so not too far at all. Taeyang didn't say where he'll be so I will have to call him. "Hey, I'm here but where are you" I say. "At the food court getting a drink" he replies. "Okay I'll find you" I reply. I see him and he waves to me. "Hey. There you are" I say. "Yeah sorry for not telling you. Thought you would guess that I was here" he said. "No I didn't" I laugh. "Want a drink" Taeyang asks. "Sure" I smile. He gets me and milkshake and we talk for a while. "Have you got anything to buy, Y/ N?" Taeyang asks. "No not really. To be honest" I reply. We look around a few shops for a bit before grabbing a snack. Taeyang gets us donuts to eat and we sit outside. "Y/ N, I have a confession to make" Taeyang said. "Okay" I smile. "I like you and I also like Eunmi too but I don't think she feels the same. I don't know what to do. It's complicated" he said. "I like you too, Taeyang actually. I've had a crush on you since before I met you. I'm not gonna lie" I say. "Should I tell Eunmi too. I don't think she likes me in that way. Just as a friend" he said. "If you want. We have been known to like the same boys before though" I say. "Do you think she'll overreact. You know her better than me" Taeyang said. "I don't know. It depends on her mood" I say. "Okay maybe. I might tell her soon. Is it weird that I like you and her at the same time" he said. "No no not at all" I laugh. Taeyang and I both giggle in unison. Maybe he should tell Eunmi he likes her too. We had fun at the mall this afternoon

It's a few weeks later and I think Taeyang and I have grown even closer. Eunmi is still not aware of his crush on her but maybe he'll tell her soon. He's plucking up the courage to tell her. I don't know if Taeyang and I are dating or we are still just friends. I can't define that yet. I feel that Eunmi will hate me for getting close to Taeyang and liking him but as my best friend I also like to think that she would be happy for me. Like I said it depends on her mood. Today we are all hanging out at the park again. Kind of a special place as Taeyang and I met there. We are sat on the grass enjoying a picnic. Food we have brought ourselves. I watch Taeyang tucking into an apple and he looks cute. He turns his head and looks at me. I see Eunmi looking at us. Maybe she notices something between us. "Eunmi, can I tell you something?" Taeyang said. "Sure" she replies. "I like you but I also like Y/ N too. I've told her already but I've been trying to tell you for a while" he said. "Do you? You know I didn't know. Taeyang. You're my friend and I'm happy that you like Y/ N. Y'all are cute together so that's fine. The truth is I'm not really looking for that kind of relationship at the moment" Eunmi said. "Oh okay but I guess I can still like you, Y/ N" he smile. "Well I wanted to introduce you because I thought you two would make a cute couple and you do" Eunmi said. "Thanks, Eunmi. You are the best friend I could ask for. I really like Taeyang. I think he's so sweet and cute. I thought you would be mad that I liked him" I say. "No problem, Y/ N. I love you" she said. "I love you too" I say. "So will you go out with me, Y/ N? Like date" Taeyang said. "Yes I would love to" I say. "Make sure I'm first on the guess list for the wedding" Eunmi laughs. "Of course. That's if we do get married a long time in the future" I say. "Can't even think about that. You're joking, Eunmi" Taeyang said. Taeyang sits closer to me and puts his arms around me. So I guess we are boyfriend and girlfriend now or almost. I think Eunmi was joking about the wedding but nice of her to give us her blessing to be together. I'm glad I met Taeyang now because he really is truly amazing
