I am going to my best friend Hyerin's bachelorette party tonight. She is getting married next weekend and we are celebrating her upcoming marriage tonight at a karaoke bar and her last few days as a single woman. Hyerin and I go back to our middle school days. She is my best friend and will always be. Forever and always. We are looking forward to it tonight. Also I'm the only single one of my friends so it will be nice to meet someone. They are all married, getting married or in a relationship. There is single me. I am at home getting ready for Hyerin's bachelorette party now. I do my hair and makeup nicely. And it looks really good. I want to make an effort for my best friend of course. Of course I do. I then get dressed and tidy my appearance up before getting going. I'm driving myself. I'm not gonna get drunk so it's okay i guess. I arrive at the karaoke bar soon. I'm not a brilliant singer but I'll try it. It's for fun anyway. I join my friends at the bar and we get drinks first. My favourite drink is a margarita cocktail. I sit and enjoy that with my friends. We toast to Hyerin and her married life. From a distance a handsome guy catches my eye. Our eyes meet in the middle and he looks at me and smiles. "Go and talk to him, Y/ N" one of my friends said. "No I'll wait for him to talk to me" I say. "Yeah the guy should always approach the girl first. That's how I got my husband" another of my friends said. I kinda feel awkward going up to a guy and striking up a conversation. That's for him to do. Anyway we get onto the main event and sing karaoke. It is a karaoke bar anyway. We could choose the songs we song. First up we Hyerin and I. Since I'm her best friend and maid of honour. We choose to sing Sour Candy by Lady Gaga & BLACKPINK. Love that song. I think we smashed it

I song a song on karaoke by myself. My favourite song ever Beautiful by Christina Augilera. I love it. I could listen to it all day. I could see the handsome guy from earlier giving me eyes and looking at me. I look back at him but try not to get too distracted. When I had finished singing the song, my friends applause me. I go to the bar to get another drink as I felt like I needed one. I turn my back for a moment and the handsome guy was stood beside me. "Hi" he smiles. "Hello" I say. "Can I get you that drink?" he asks. "No it's okay. You don't have to but thank you anyway" I say. "You here with your friends" he asks. "Yes it's my best friends bachelorette party so we are certainly tonight" I smile. "Nice. My name is Jeonghan by the way" he said. "Nice to meet you, Jeonghan. I'm Y/ N" I reply. Jeonghan and I talk for a while and get to know each other. He is a really nice guy. Really easy to get on with and sweet of course. "Y/ N, do you want to sing a song with me" Jeonghan asks. "Sure why not?" I reply. We go to the karaoke booth and selected a song. We go with You're The One That I Want from Grease. I love that movie and song. We start singing and dancing to the song. We had a great time. I feel like Jeonghan is now a friend to me. We had a great time singing together. "So that was fun, Y/ N. I enjoyed singing with you" he said. "I did too, Jeonghan. It was great and nice meeting you too" I say. "We will have to go out sometime maybe for a drink or something to eat" Jeonghan said. "Sure. I would love that" I reply. Jeonghan and I talk for a few more minutes before I get back to the girls. Hyerin had a great bachelorette party today and it was great to meet Jeonghan. I will look forward to seeing him again

Jeonghan and I went on a date a few days after we met. He took me to a nice restaurant for a meal and we really enjoyed it. Today is the day of Hyerin's wedding. She is getting married and I'm taking Jeonghan as my plus one. He is coming with me and I'm looking forward to him being there. Hyerin had one more available place at the wedding as someone couldn't come. So she let me bring Jeonghan. He's not coming to the actual wedding just the reception. That's what I meant. The wedding is currently taking place now. I'm looking forward to seeing Jeonghan after the wedding. I was so happy and proud seeing my best friend getting married. Hyerin and her fiancé were now married and everyone clapped and cheered for them as husband and wife. The guests could make their way to the hotel for the reception. I go along with the wedding party. Jeonghan is already there he said. I am almost there with the wedding party. When I arrive we had photos taken outside with the bridesmaids and groomsmen. Then I go inside and see Jeonghan. "Hey, you" I say. "Hey, Y/ N. You look very nice" he smiles. Think he was meaning to say beautiful. "How are you?" I asks. "Very well. I'm glad I could be here on this time day" Jeonghan said. "Well no problem. Thank Hyerin for letting you" I smile. We help ourselves to a lovely buffet and sat down and talked to each other. I had to make a speech as Hyerin's best friend and maid of honour. I don't like speeches but I managed to do a short one. The reception ended with some dancing. First the bride and groom took to the floor. Such a beautiful dance. "Can I have this dance, Y/ N?" Jeonghan asks. "Of course" I smile. He takes my hand and we start dancing. Jeonghan is a good dancer. Very good indeed. We danced for most of the night till the wedding ended. I'm so glad Jeonghan could come to my best friends wedding. I think we have got closer and we've only known each other just over a week

Jeonghan and I have been dating for one wonderful year now. We went on our second date just after Hyerin's wedding and became official just after that. Hyerin and her husband are now expecting a baby and we are so happy for them. Jeonghan has become really good friends with them too. I love him. He really is an amazing guy. I'm not the only single one out of my friends now. He's the greatest guy I've ever met. We are celebrating our one year anniversary today. It's officially one year of us next week but we are celebrating today. By going to our favourite spot for an evening picnic. Can't wait for that. It's so exciting. Jeonghan is picking me up soon so I'm getting ready. I wear a cute little spotty dress and wear a headband in my hair. Think Jeonghan will love it. He's almost here. I see him pulling up outside my place and I hurry to the door. "Hello, beautiful" Jeonghan said. "Hello, handsome" I reply. He steps in and kisses me. We leave a few minutes later for our picnic date. "Can't believe we have been together a year. Babe" Jeonghan said. "I know. Me neither. It's been a wonderful and amazing year together" I smile. We go to our favourite place and I lay a blanket down on the ground and we sit down and open up the picnic basket. Jeonghan has brought a bottle of wine for us to have. Why not. It is a very special occasion after all. He cracks open the bottle of wine and pours us a glass each and we enjoy it with our food. Jeonghan sits close to me and smiles. We look into each other's eyes and kiss. "Here's to many more years of us, Y/ N. Many many more wonderful years of us, my darling" Jeonghan smiles. "Yes indeed" I reply. Jeonghan and I had an amazing first anniversary together and can't wait for many more together
