The sound of a baby crying behind me caused me to turn around and there I seen his crib.

All of a sudden I was in his nursery looking at him in his crib, the crib he had never gotten a chance to lay in. I looked around the room he never had a chance to see. I listened to him cry, he never got a chance to do that either.

I slowly took a step toward the crib, before I took another and before I knew it was standing right there in front of his crib reaching down to pick him up.

His cries got quieter the closer I brung him to me, as I held him against my chest I could feel him relax into me.

He no longer was crying and I was just staring down at him before I heard a voice behind us, "My boys." Saoir spoke making me turn around and smile looking at her.

It seemed like the closer she became the more everything around us began disappearing before she was finally standing in front of me and there was nothing but an empty room with painted walls around us.

I looked down in my hands and he was gone, as if he never was there I quickly turned around and the crib was no longer there. Everything was gone and then I jumped up looking around the room.

Saoir stirred in her sleep beside me making me look at her realizing it was all a dream, a dream that I'd been having for the past three nights.

I got out of the bed careful not to wake her up before I went into the bathroom flicking the lights on squinting my eyes at the sudden brightness.

I stared at myself in the mirror, shirtless with basketball shorts on. There was a new tattoo on my chest above my heart, it was his feetprint and his birth and death day underneath it.

We had never named him, we talked about other people naming their babies. But we never named him.

It felt like we never had time to grieve, especially since they had to continue to face the world as if nothing happened because to their knowledge nothing did happen.

We got an invitation to the grammys so we been working up for that then we been in the studio because everybody is demanding music.

The lives of Faze and Saoir Jade never stop, no matter what.

"Jonathan I told you the blonde one." Saoir sighed as she stood in nothing but her silk robe and her bonnet covering the braids in her head.

Jonathan was her temporary stylist while Aya was away taking care of her grandmother who was on her death bed.

"I know, I know Saoir. I was rushin' when I picked it up and it was the wrong one, so I told them that it wasn't the one you wanted but the mixed up you and somebody else's package." He explained as she sighed looking at the wig pinned to the mannequin head.

"Jonathan just please make it look good, I don't have enough time to be pissed off like that." She shook her head sitting down in the chair and he began to set his equipment up.
