It was a couple of days later, me and Tom still hadn't gone on a date because we were doing late nights while filming Spider-Man. We find out the full title of the movie today which I'm super excited about. I still hadn't told Zendaya about what happened with me and Tom that night. She could tell something was going on between us though. She had walked in on us just staring into each other's eyes multiple times. Not to mention the 2 times she almost walked in on us kissing.
"Y/N!" I heard someone call my name. I turned in the direction the voice came in and saw that it was Zendaya.
"I have a question for you. And you have to answer honestly, okay?" she said
"Okay...." I said slowly, not knowing what she was about to ask me.
"Is something going on between you and Tom?"
"Tom? I'm sorry, I don't know anyone by that name. Could you describe him?" I said trying hard not to laugh or smile.
"Oh. my. Gosh. so there IS something going on???"
"I didn't say that..."
"But you said you didn't know anybody by that name, you tried avoiding the question."
"Okay fine. Something happened between us a few nights ago."
"Oh my gosh, spill!"
I told her everything that happened that night and she flipped out. She seemed to be more excited about everything than I was. And I was over the moon excited, she was like, over pluto excited.
"Y/N, Zendaya!" Someone called our name, and I recognized the voice. I automatically knew that it was Thomas Stanely Holland. I smirked at the sound of his voice, I could tell Z noticed it because she gained this gigantic smile on her face when she looked at me.
"Jon is calling all of us to set 1. I think he's going to tell us what the official title of the movie is." He said while having a big, dumb smile on his face. I couldn't help but wonder what was making him smile that big. Was he just that excited about knowing the full movie title? Or was there something else?
We got up and started heading to set 1. Z was ahead of me and Tom was right beside me.
"I have something to tell you," Tom whispered this in my ear.
"Huh?" I said with my eyebrows furrowed and my head titled.
"I'll tell you after this. Just meet me in my trailer after we all celebrate having a full movie title." He said with a smirk
"Okay?" I questioned.
We arrived on set 1 and waited for everybody else to get there. Once they did Jon stood on top of a table so that everybody could see him.
"Wow, I never realized how many people were here until I saw them all in one room. (everyone laughed) Anyways, as you guys know, we have been calling this movie, just by Spider-Man. We hadn't really had an actual title. But I'm happy to tell you guys that we finally decided on a title today! This movie, from now on, will be called.... Spider-Man: Homecoming!" Everybody screamed with excitement at the title. Tom looked at me and hugged me. I wrapped my arms around his neck, his hands falling on my lower back. This was the moment I knew, he was my happy place. The place where I felt safest. Like, nothing could hurt me. Like I was on top of the world, nothing could tear me down.
