"Harry?!" Liam yelled for the hundredth time. You would think that after going in and out of the forest with Harry almost every day would help him navigate through it, but nope, he was lost, because of course he was.

This suddenly became more than just looking for Harry. Liam huffed as he cursed at himself. He wondered and wondered around, but nothing, until he came up to a familiar pond. Liam sighed as he sat down and drank from it, remembering what Harry told him. He hummed because the water was somewhat sweet, he wasn't expecting that.

Liam sighed and touched his neck. Due to all the sucking Harry did last night Liam had marks everywhere, but what he noticed was that he had a light bite mark where his shoulder and neck met. It wasn't deep, he only broke the first layer of skin and left a light mark.

Liam only knows about this stuff because of his sisters. But was this different? Harry was a fox, not a wolf, so, did the rules change? Liam scratched his head because he was so confused. He hugged his legs and closed his eyes, remembering the way Harry looked just before he ran off. Liam's never seen such a pained face before, and it made his chest feel tight thinking that he was the one who caused it.

He had to find Harry all on his own, plus find a way out. Liam sighed as he buried his face in his knees. He should be angry, never wanting to see Harry ever again, but he was here, looking for him. Liam groaned as he stood up and started his search again.

The sun was dipping into the horizon, leaving this beautiful array of colors in its wake. Liam sighed as he sat down to watch. His phone died about an hour ago and he was starting to get hungry. He didn't want to sleep out here, but that seemed to be what was going to happen.

Once the sun was fully set and it was dark Liam stood up and wondered around just a little more. Just when he was about to give up completely, he saw two yellow eyes looking at him from the darkness. Liam yelped and tripped over a root. He fell back and looked up.

He wasn't expecting it, that's why he got scared. The giant fox slowly made its way out of the darkness and checked on Liam. "Do you like scaring me? Cause you seem to do that all the time." Liam muttered as he tried to pet it, but it just stepped back and out of Liam's reach.

Liam sighed as he hugged his wrist and looked at the ground. "So, are you going to change back or something?" Harry didn't answer, he just stood up and started walking. Liam sighed as he stood up as well and followed.

It was quiet, but Liam wanted to talk to him about it. "So, why did you try to, um, you know." Liam scratched the back of his head. Harry's ears were now flat on his head, like he was sad. "Can you answer?" Liam asked. Harry just looked away from him.

"Could you not control yourself?" Harry shook his big head. Well, at least he was getting some answers. "Was it because of me?" Harry shook his head again. "Was it the moon?" Liam asked, remembering back to when Harry first showed Liam the pond. Harry didn't answer that one.

"So, was it you?" Harry stopped and looked at Liam for a moment before looked down at the ground. Liam wasn't sure what to do, until he heard something pop. His skin crawled but then he watched Harry change back to his normal form.

He sighed and shook his head. Liam blushed as he looked anywhere else. Harry was completely bare, meaning Liam could see everything. Harry stood up and clapped his hands together to get all the dirt off. He looked at Liam and couldn't help but smile a little.

"You can look, you know. This is normal for me."

"To be walking around naked?!"

"You saw me shift; clothes don't really do that." Liam remembered Harry's clothes begin torn to shreds when he shifted. Liam sighed and looked up at Harry's face, but fuck why was that so hard to do? Harry couldn't help but snort and started laughing a little. "You're so red, calm down." Harry laughed.
