Two Hours~

"Clard, take care of yourself there, huh? Please." Zain said while she's again welled up with tears. We're now in front of my car while bidding our goodbyes.

"Clardey, be brave okay? Don't let anyone hurt you." bilin naman ni Kiefer.

"We'll miss you."

"Yeah, we'll miss you."

"Bye, Clard. But, this is not the last time we'll meet, okay?” tanong ni Zain kaya't tumango na lang ako dahil sunod-sunod na rin ang pagtulo ng aking mga luha.

"I love you, guys. I'll miss you." sabi ko sabay kaway sa kanila.

"I just discovered that having friends makes you overacting." biglang sabi ni Greg.

"What's your point?"

"Well, you guys are not even blood related but look at you, you're crying over them. It just don't make sense."

"Hello? They are my friends! It's normal that I feel emotional saying goodbye to them. Yes, we are not blood related but, I treat them as my family. Oh right, you don't know 'cause you don't have friends. I pity you."

Meanwhile, I focused myself on driving.

"By the way, we will still not go home. I'll drop off to our company."

"Why? I'm already so bored." nakakunot ang noong sabi nito.

"To file my resignation and to get my things."

"Tch! Fine."

After half an hour, we arrived at the company where I works. Yes, it was just near the restaurant where me and my friends meet. I got my resignation paper at the backseat and my company ID at my sling bag.

"I'll be back immediately." I said to the General before I leave the car.

"I should come with you." He said before I could open the door.

"Look, I can't and will not escape. There's only one exit and entrance in that building. Also, you don't have ID, hindi ka rin papasukin."

Ace. That's the name of our company. I've been working here for 3 years so, I will surely also miss my peeps.

I rode the elevator and didn't go straight to my office floor instead, I pressed the button of the highest floor where the CEO's office is located.

After I reached my destination, I walked down the hallway until I finally saw a two way wooden door in front of me. I knocked thrice before I entered the room. This is the biggest office in this whole building. There's two large sofas, a center table, then ahead of it, is also a huge table with a glass nameplate on it. Lucas Valxemir, Chief Executive Officer.
