Chapter 28- Sapnap's Secret

Sapnap slowly opened his eyes. He looked down at Karl and smiled. He gently lifted Karl off of him, making sure not to disturb his sleep. Sapnap looked at him for a minute before getting up and sighing.
He quietly walked to his own room and pulled out his phone, typing in a number to call. He waited as the phone rang until the number picked up.

"Hello?"

"Hey, uhm- yeah, it's Sapnap"

"Oh! Hey! Is this about the thing?"

"Yes- Yes it is"

"Is he around?"

"Karl? No, he's asleep"

"Okay good. Go ahead, what were you going to ask?"

"Uhm- I meant to ask what time it was going to get here"

"Oh, that? Maybe a few days"

"Okay, thanks again"

"Are you sure you want to pay full price? I offered to at least pay half"

"Yeah, I'm sure I can afford it- probably"

"Alrighty! Have a good night and let me know what happens afterwards!"

"Will do" Sapnap chuckled, trying to stay quiet.

He hung up and sighed, a soft smile on his face.
"C'mon Sapnap, you can do this" He whispered to himself.

Sapnap slowly exhaled and walked back to the living room, looking over at Karl.
"I really hope this works out..."
He sat down on the couch and carefully lifted Karl back towards him. He hugged onto him and smiled, closing his eyes and drifting back to sleep.

Karl woke up, looking at Sapnap, "Where did you go..?"

"Hm?" Sapnap's eyes were still closed.

"You left" Karl said tiredly, frowning.

"I just needed to get something"

"Like..?"

"I went to look for an extra blanket but couldn't find one" Sapnap claimed.

"Are you sure?"

"Mhm"

Karl closed his eyes again, "Fine"

Sapnap hummed and held onto him as they both began to fall asleep again.

Morning

Karl woke up, sitting up straight, "Sapnap..?"

"Mmmh.." Sapnap was still mostly asleep.

"Wake up bub"

"Whyy"

"I'm hungry" Karl said.

"I can't cook- Remember?" Sapnap started to wake up a bit.

"Learn then.." Karl laughed silently.

"Nahhh. There's probably frozen pasta left over in the fridge.." He was still tired.

"Really?"

"Mhm"

Karl slowly got up out of Sapnap's arms, yawning. "Sleepy.."
