You decided to forget your chat with Tae and focus on the homework in front of you. You solved sums for 15 mins when your phone pinged again letting you know about another message.

"That guy won't stop messaging until I give him a piece of my mind", you thought but it wasn't Tae. It was your mom.

Tuesday (8:05 PM)

Mom : Hello Y/N 😃

Me : Hi mom?

Mom : How are you my dear?

Me : I'm fine mom, how are you? (•_•)

Mom : I'm fine. Your dad is fine too. Did you eat?

Me : No. Not yet

Mom : What do you mean? 😡

Me : I haven't eaten yet.

Mom : I know that. But why?

Me : Cause it only 8 mom ( ˘︹˘ )

Mom : You should eat. Stay healthy. Eat properly.
Only then will you be able to study.

You were trying to be polite to your mom. But it was getting harder as she went on. This was why you moved out.

To get away from the constant nagging. It didn't matter to you if you had to work in the evening to manage finances. You could be in peace.

Me : Fine. Anything important?

Mom : You know how we love you a lot and
miss you since you moved out.

Oh no! You didn't like where this was going. Not one bit.

Me : Yeah so?

Mom : Your dad and I have decided to come,
and stay with you for sometime.

Me : WHHHAAAATT? 😨😨

Mom : It just for the weekend because we are
painting the house and need a place to stay.

Me : How about a hotel close by?

Mom : Hotels are expensive Y/N

Me : But I don't think I'm okay with it 😥

Mom : You don't have a place for your mom
in your house?

Oh there she goes with emo drama again

Me : NO

Mom : You don't talk like that to your mom Y/N 😠

Me : But- 

Mom : No buts. We are staying with you this
weekend and you're not going to complain.

Me : Fine. 🙄

You just wanted to scream into your pillow and let all the frustration out. And that's exactly what you did.

Stressed by the events of the day, you decided to call it a night and go to bed forgetting about Scrooge and his stupid homework.
