A/N - I decided to continue writing this after a lot of thinking.

You didn't speak to Tae after the movie night on Friday, at least not about significant matters. You also skipped school on Monday and Tuesday the next week because you fell ill. The sickness being due to a food that you ate on the streets with your parents when they visited.

On Tuesday evening, Tae came home to visit you with news on what you missed and homework, a lot of both.

"So missed me?", you stared the conversation after Tae walked in and took a seat on your couch, Tom & jerry playing on the TV screen.

"Yes and I don't know how you'll feel about knowing I wasn't the only one who missed you".

"Wait who else missed me?", this was news to you. You weren't close with anyone other than Taehyung.

"JIIIMMIIIINNNN", Taehyung sang in an opera voice.

"Oh here we go with the teasing, AGAIN."

"Common Y/N, he likes you, you like him, that's all you need. Go date him, marry him, have babies and name the first one Taehyung", he rambled on as you hit him with a pillow.

"Shut up and now tell me what I missed", you asked further.

"Not much.. except one important thing", 

"And that is..?"

"There is a new transfer student. Her name is Aera and she is really really beautiful", you could see his eyes turn into hearts as her name came out of his mouth. Your heart did not like that one bit.

"Hmm, tell me more", you said even though you didn't want to hear more about this girl Tae felt was beautiful.

"She is so smart, so kind, so cheerful, so pretty and she also knows 4 languages. She is literally my dream girl", and with those words your heart broke like never before.

"Wow sounds like she's the 'perfect' girl Tae", you replied in a sweet coated bitter voice.

"She is perfect Y/N. I actually wanna ask her out. Will you help me?"

Woah. Did he really ask you, the girl who has had a crush on him for years to help him ask out another girl? No better way to mess with your feelings.

"I don't think so Tae.. I don't like drama", you said hoping that this will convince him.

"But it's not drama", he argued back.

And at that moment, you just wanted to shout, 'I love you stop making me do this', but couldn't 'cause you were a coward.

"Tae can you please leave me out of this? Plus, I haven't even met her yet"

"How about after you meet her?", he asked with adorable puppy dog eyes. How could you not fall in love with this kid?

"I'll think about it", you replied tentatively.

"Fine", he huffed and turned back to the TV, and so did you. 

But you didn't watch the show. How could you? When all you wanted to do was cry holding a pillow or teddy bear, because Taehyung like a girl who wasn't you.

Of course, he has been in relationships before, but most of them were one time flings who he didn't even remember. This time though, he seemed serious, he seemed in love, and that hurt you a million more times than you thought it could have.

It was like all your fears coming true at once.

It was like a storm that's gonna come at destroy everything you've ever owned, ever loved, ever cherished. A storm that's gonna destroy YOU.
