CHAPTER 18

Soon It was Friday

Swara and Xavier started their day with normal routine which is both going to jogging in Central Park together and then they both went to swara house for breakfast and get ready for the office

They decided to take swara's car today and started their way towards their work

They reached the office at 9:30 am and headed towards their private elevator and started working

Swara was in the meeting with her group discussing their new hotel interior after having a rough discussion with Xavier

It was around 10:50 when swara finished her meeting and went to first floor to collect Noah from Anna

Other side

In New York airport Jennifer flight landed around 7:00 am and she directly moved towards her home where her dad and mom were shouting at each other about something. After fresh and up she came down stairs in a skimpy outfit ready for the day and started discussing about their plan about how to convince knights for the proposal

J: I will we going out for the rest of the day

Andrew: okay, but please don't get caught up with your one night stands and pls don't create any new drama with any of the elite group because any how we have to meet them tomorrow for yours and Xavier relationship

Mrs Steve: I really wish at least he agrees to be boyfriend of her . Well when are we going their

Andrew: we will be going their tomorrow cuz every weekend they all spend time together and it will be easy for us to mingle, please try to behave you two, don't even dare to show the snobbish attitude towards anyone, not even the maids, am I clear

Mrs S : okay, but I think we should go around 11: 30 am as it is near lunch time and I think we could easily convince them and have some good amount of time for us to get them closer to us

After their discussion Jennifer got up and tried to call Ashley to know about Xavier schedule and swara (she doesn't know the name , she  only know that she is an Indian girl)

J: ashley, I have landed in New York, do you have any information on that Indian girl

A: no jen, sorry but I know her name it's swara

J: what, are you mad you only got to know her name in 4 days, useless people, okay tell me about Xavier schedule , when he is free so I  can talk to him

A: actually I don't know about bis schedule, Mrs brown now a days dont give or discuss his schedule to anyone other than himself

J: bloody hell that old woman , leave it I will. Be coming around 11 am in the office

A:okay.

In the office

Swara came downstairs to reception area to collect noah from ana and was going towards the lift with noah in her arms

While other side Jennifer entered the company and directly goes towards the private lift hoping that they allow her to use it, she was acting as she was busy in talking to someone so no will talk to her till going in lift

Swara was talking with noah when Jennifer give her push on the shoulder while speaking on phone (or may I say acting) but some how swara balances herself and noah while looking at Jennifer.

S: what the hell, can't you help people after pushing them, don't you have any manners (while shouting at Jennifer to make her stop but Jennifer doesn't stop herself which angers swara more)

Swara goes to Jennifer and stop her from going further by holding her wrist in a normal grip
While Jennifer looks at swara and gave her a glare while .

J: how the hell are you,how dare you touch me.

S: you don't need to know me but surely you would like to take basic manners classes from me or even noah my baby can teach you, right baby (while looking at noah who gave her a noad by giggling)

J: how dare you disrespect me, do you know who are you talking to, I can remove you from the job in minutes, so don't you dare talk to me like this .

S: I don't want to know you but you surely need to learn some basics manners and etiquettes.
Let's go baby your xavi uncle might be waiting.

(While all the employes were enjoying the drama swara goes towards the private lift and Jennifer was fuming out and rushes towards swara thinking how can a mere employee insult me)

Jennifer tries to go behind swara but the bodyguards on the private lift side doesn't allow her .

S: Excuse me who the hell are you to stop me? Move aside

( swara goes in the private lift and Jennifer was following her in anger but the lift man stops Jennifer from getting in)

Lift man: Sorry ma'am, you will have to use the common lift, this is the private lift only for family members.

J: How dare you stop me? Don't you know i am the model Jennifer Steve and how can you let that bloody commoner go into the private lift.

Lift man : sorry mam but she is our boss daughter who doesn't need anyone's permission from going inside not even the pin  she has her fingerprint in the system which provides her the highest position after knight family because nobody after William sir and rose ma'am and xavier knight has their finger print in the system, sorry ma'am I can't help you please can you stop creating a seen and go towards the common lift

Which angers her more that a employee has more respect than her and have the facility she always wanted when she come to this place (authority, respect and power)

Ashely come towards Jennifer and takes her to a sides while employees also leave the area while laughing at so called model Jennifer as nobody like her because of her cunning mind and snobbish attitude.

A: ma'am calm down please (as she sees that Jennifer is still fuming with anger)

J:how can I calm down after that bloody people insult me.

A: ma'am actually she is only swara that girl which you were asking about.

J:don't you think that I will know about that after she having this much power and respect, bloody hell, just because she joint that elite group which they didn't allow me to join it.
(While clutching her wrist)

Jennifer goes towards the common lift and and reaches the 61 floor to meet Xavier.

Where as swara reaches her cabin where xaviers stop her by asking what happen while seeing her irritated face to which she replies what ever happened and xavier starts laughing and explain his equation with Jennifer, he told  her that she is just a mere friend because her father is friend of dad and because of that she wants to be in elight group and always stick to me like a glue while making bad face which made swara laugh and they both again started their discussion over everything.

When there was a intercom in his office by mrs brown saying Jennifer is requesting to meet you to which he replies that say her I am busy and can't meet her today, will message her when she can meet me, and next time don't come in my office without any prior appointment in stern tone while swara controls her laugh and when the call is ended she burst out laughing to which Xavier and Noah joins her

While teh other side Jennifer is highly insulted and was fuming in anger she reaches her home and directly reaches her room in which is now converted into q mess by breaking all things here and there and the servants are scared as they will be the ultimate target

J: how dare you swara you insulted me today but not anymore, you will be the one that will give me my stand back by saying sorry in front of the bloody employees, mark my word .
Enjoy swara but only for today as tomorrow will be my day (thinking that knights will like the idea or must I say stupid plan which is not gonna happen 😁 )
