2 Years Ago today, Godzilla: King of The Monsters released in theaters. Not only did the film have 3 more of TOHO's big 5 staring in their first American film appearance, but the film had stunning visuals and effects, excellently done cinematography, (IMO) well written human characters for the most part, great monster designs, exciting fights and overall just a fantastic soundtrack to go with it. For me, it really earns it's spot as my #1 favorite Monsterverse film and 3rd favorite Godzilla film. And I'm really just glad to see that there's been a little more appreciation towards this film recently. Especially on Twitter.
