I can't sleep.

...God, it's 2AM, I have school tomorrow, why are you doing this to me?

I look out the window seeing the stars.

They look beautiful.

"welp, no sleep for me tonight."

I got up from my bed and made my way to my balcony, opening the door silently, trying not to make too much noise.

Once I was on the edge of my own little 'outside' I leaned on the railing, taking a deep breath.

On the corner of my eyes, I saw someone jumping from roof to roof. If I had the guts to do that, I'd join them immediately.

The time went on and the stars started to slowly fade.

"Plagg... I can't sleep.."

"Just close your eyes, it's not that hard, Adrien."

Adrien looked at his Kwami with an unimpressed expression, sighing, the boy got up from his bed, looking out the windows.

"The stars look beautiful tonight..", he whispered, walking up to his Windows.

"Plagg, claws out." He whispered again, so that his dad or assistant won't hear him.
"Adrien honestly f-",
Plagg couldn't finish.

The boy inhaled the air, smiling from ear to ear while jumping from roof to roof, forgetting about everything else and just focusing on himself and the world.

He didn't expect to see a light, but he did.
There was light from a specific house.
"Wait, what street am I in?"
he stopped jumping and and running, searching for the sign that tells him the street name.

"this is.. That's (Name)'s street!"

He didn't want to jump back to their balcony because it'd probably look weird so he decided to hide and watch what (Name) would be doing at 3AM.

he didn't plan on staying long, but..
As time went on, they both were watching the stars, thinking about everything in life. None of them being bothered by the other's presence.

Well, one of them didn't even notice that there was someone with them.
But Chat Noir got so lost in thoughts, he completely forgot about the time.

"it's already 4AM..."

When he heard that he perked up, coming back to reality.

Did I seriously watch them for that long? I need to go back home..

The immediate guilt washed over him. He didn't even go out with the intention to watch them and yet here he was, having spent one whole hour just being in their presence, without them even knowing about it.

So he made his way back home,
jumping through the window, trying to stay as quiet as possible.

"Claws in."

The once silent room got back it's little comedian.

"Adrien, what the fuck."
"Plagg!" Adrien tried to hush his Kwami down but, Plagg really didn't care.

"Okay no, look, I understand when you want to go out as chat Noir to distract yourself and maybe get sleepy, but you watched that Person for a whole hour, for no reason at all."

"I didn't do it on purpose, I sw-"

"Adrien, that's not the point. The point is, if they would've noticed you, they'd think you were only there to watch them, do you know how paranoid they could get? People are supposed to feel comfortable with Chat Noir, and not be scared that he might stalk them. You're honestly lucky that they didn't notice you."
