While (Name) was quite happy with not getting akumatized and didn't think further about it, Gabriel kept grumbling to himself that day.
It wasn't that unusual that someone broke free from his akumatizations, it has happened a couple times already, mostly from the former heroes.
But this specific one didn't even struggle.

He groaned to himself, furrowing his eyebrows and giving his face even more wrinkles than he already has from all the stress he's getting from trying to kill a bunch of teens for his own satisfaction.
The damn youth of today, never respecting their elders. He thought to himself as he remembered how this failed victim kept telling him to shut up.

But something about them bugged him, it wasn't only the fact that they refused him and denied his actions under his manipulation like it was nothing, but also that their name sounded so fond for him.

He sat for a minute in silence, before deciding to call his assistant who could barely even walk on her own.
"Nathalie!"
His assistant walked in with a scowl on her face, her once with love decorated features turned into hatred when she saw what madness overtook the man.
Yet she still stayed for his son, Adrien Agreste.

And to get that bag of course because honestly, who wouldn't?

"What is it, Sir?"

Gabriel looked at his assistant, she only narrowed her eyes at him, expecting him to say some nasty things like he always would.
But his request surprised her.

"...May I see the class list of Adrien?"

She looked at him confused, "Why would you need that, Sir?"

Gabriel only glared at his assistant, "Are you here to do as I say or to question my actions?"

"I'm here to take care of everything you abandoned because of that hobby of yours."

He scowled at her before sighing irritated.
".. I'm just curious about Adrien's classmates. I want to see the list."

Nathalie raised her eyebrow suspiciously at the man before giving in and walking out of the room for a few minutes before coming back with the name list of Adrien's class.

Gabriel didn't hesitate to scan it and his gaze stopped at one specific name.

"...(Name) (Lastname). Isn't that someone Adrien had started mentioning more frequently?"

Nathalie nodded. "Yes, he said they're a good friend of his."

(Lastname)... There's a flower shop with that name.

Gabriel didn't answer his assistant just yet, leaving her to stand there confused.

"... Is there something about them?"

Gabriel focused on his hyper technological computer and searched for a specific newspaper article that had only happened a few weeks ago.

There it was.

(Name) (Lastname) seen with Chat Noir.

She was right.
There was more to them than he thought.

Gabriel started smiling, a great idea forming in his mind as he already started imagining his final success and he just needed one person for it all to work.

He cleared his throat and looked back at his assistant.

"Nathalie, are the invitations for Adrien's last stage performance finished?"

She shook her head, "Almost."

"Good. Make one more invitation for (Name) (Lastname). I want my son to be comfortable on his last stage walk."
