Felix taps his foot impatiently and looks at the window every five minutes. Chan was supposed to come fifteen minutes ago, and Felix's head is starting to go to worst-case scenarios.
Did he forget?
But he's been coming here everyday for almost a month...
Did he get mad at me for ignoring him last night?
I hope not.
Did I scare him off with the hearts?
No that can't be right he literally kisses me-
Did he finally get bored?
The last question lingers in his mind for a couple moments. He's never thought about it. Did Chan decide this wasn't worth his time anymore? Is this all just a game?
The door opens, and Felix's eyes immediately light up.
Felix doesn't even realize how wide he's smiling. "Where were you?" He asks.
Chan smirks.
"You ignored me last night, so I thought I'd come extra late."
Felix looks at the floor with a pout, which makes Chan laugh and gently take his chin to make Felix look at him.
"I'm just kidding. Jisung had some car trouble and I was forced to help against my will," he chuckles. "But someone looked excited to see me."
Felix scratches the back of his neck. "I wasn't," he mumbles.
Chan takes a step back. "Fine then. I'll go now, since I won't be missed anyway–"
"No! Don't you dare," Felix says a little too loudly.
Chan fails at suppressing a laugh. "Never thought I'd be threatened by a cupcake. I'll cross it off the 'Things To Achieve Before I Die' list."
Felix musters a glare, even though he can feel the heat rushing to his cheeks at being called a cupcake. Chan coos, planting kisses all over Felix's cheeks.
"Cuteee~~" Chan sings.
"I'm not–"
"Don't even bother arguing."
