I wake up to the sound of my phone chiming the next morning.

*What color is ur dress? Send me a pic. ;)*

I read the message and became confused.

*Who is this?*

*Toby*

*Oh. Hello! :)*

*Hi. Send me a pic of ur dress so I can match my tie to it please.*

Quickly I snap a picture of the dress and send it to him before rushing to get a shower. My phone went off again and I looked at it.

*Ur going to look beautiful. :)*

*thanks. I have to go shower and do my chores now. Bye.*

Setting my phone down, I grab a towel and run to the bathroom to shower.

Humming Little Toy Guns by Carrie Underwood, I set to work washing my hair. Before long I'm full on singing.

"In between the coats in the closet
She held on to that heart-shaped locket
Staring at a family, flawless
But it ain't a pretty picture tonight

Mom and daddy just won't stop it
Fighting at the drop of a faucet
Cuts through the walls, catastrophic
She's caught in the crossfire

Puts her hands over her ears
Starts talking through the tears
And she's saying, and she's praying

I wish words were like little toy guns
No sting, no hurting no one
Just a bang, bang rolling off your tongue
(I wish words were like little toy guns)
Yeah, no smoke, no bullets
No kick from the trigger when you pull it
No pain, no damage done
(I wish words were like little toy guns)
And just a bang, bang rolling off your tongue
(I wish words were like little toy guns)

Wish there was a white flag waving
Or that they were both just faking
And it was just a game they were playing
Like shoot-'em-up cowboys

Leave the plastic pistols in the front yard
Throw away the scorecard
And just turn off all the noise

I wish words were like little toy guns
No sting, no hurting no one
Just a bang, bang rolling off your tongue
(I wish words were like little toy guns)
Yeah, no smoke, no bullets
No kick from the trigger when you pull it
No pain, no damage done
(I wish words like were little toy guns)
And just a bang, bang rolling off your tongue
(I wish words were like little toy guns)

Toy guns

Oh, I wish they didn't cut like a knife
I wish they didn't break you inside
I wish they didn't bang, bang
Make you wanna run...

Yeah, like little toy guns
No sting, no hurting no one
Just a bang, bang rolling off your tongue
(I wish words were like little toy guns)
Yeah, no smoke, no bullets
No shot from the trigger when you pull it
No pain, no damage done
(I wish words were like little toy guns)
And just a bang, bang rolling off your tongue
(I wish words were like little toy guns)
Toy guns

Oh, like little toy guns"

I slip out if the shower and wrap my body in the towel before rushing to my room to get dressed. I slip into a simple sky blue, knee length summer dress and short shorts so I could still ride.

I slipped on my boots and rushed out to the barn to tack up Whisper. Before I made it out the front door,  I ran back into my room and grabbed my Navy blue bikini.

With my swim suit in hand, I went and grabbed the bareback pad. As soon as I got to Whisper's stall, I set the bareback pad on the tack box by her stall.

Confused, I looked around and walked to the small field. I saw Moonstruck and Dusty but no Whisper. A tiny movement caught my attention from the corner of my eye.

I looked toward the cross country course and saw someone riding Whisper. And that someone was not anyone I knew. Hanging my baithing suit on the fence, I sprinted in the direction of Moon and swung up onto her back.

Grabbing her mane, I spurred her into a gallop and jumped her over the fence. I charged straight to the next fence. I halted her right in Whisper's path and the stranger yanked harshly on her mouth.

"Get the hell of my horse! Who do you think you are?! You come onto my property and think you can do whatever the hell you please?! Are you out of your god damn mind?! And yanking on her mouth like that?! What the hell is going through your head?!" I shout.

"I-im s-sorry! I-i d-didnt m-mean to!" The girl stutters, scared.

"Just get off of my horse. Now." I growl harshly, not caring that she has started to cry.

She slipps out of the saddle and I spur Moon back into a gallop with Whisper in tow. When we get back to the barn, I slip off Moon and put her into the small field. Grabbing my swim suit, I quickly untack Whisper and do a quick run over with the stiff brush.

Tossing the bareback pad onto her back, I toss myself onto her back and hold my suit in one hand with her reigns in the other.

I nudge her into a lope and point her down the trail that led to the spring I discovered with Toby.  Annoyed, I huffed and grumbled under my breath. "Why is it so hard for my father to understand that when I say no, I mean it?"

Hey guys! Sorry for the long wait. I have been really busy and I am working on getting my grades up right now and haven't had much time to write. I hope you all like it and Jessie's outfit, (minus the shorts) is on the side.

Love you all!
