Aster carried me in the dark room and I tried to see how it looked like but with my tiredness creeping in and the darkness I could only make out the outline of the curtains and the bed he sat me down on.

As I looked at the bedside table I couldn't help but smile when I saw that he did have a pot of hyacinths. There was a picture frame next to it but I couldn't make out the image.

"I'll get you a hoodie." He said, and moved to his closet and I wondered how he didn't trip over himself.

He came back with a large hoodie and when he handed it to me I couldn't help but internally scream at how soft it was.

I slid it over my head and and wrapped my arms around myself to cuddle it as Aster stared at me. I couldn't tell what kind of expressing he was holding but I hope he wasn't weirded out.

I backed away on the bed until I was at the end and then I flopped down. "Your bed is so comfy."

"Mhmm." Aster hummed as he sat down next to me after draping the large blanket over me.

"Why couldn't you sleep?" He asked softly.

"I don't know..." I mumbled.

"I guess I'm just really overwhelmed with everything that happened and I really want to go home." I said, and then yawned.

"I'm really sorry you had to go through what you did but I promise you, you're safe here." He told me.

"I'm really glad it's you that's here and not someone else." I told him as my eyes fluttered shut.

"And I'm glad that you found me, darling." I heard him whisper as one of his finger brushed a stand of my hair away from my face.

When I wake up the next morning the pain in my leg was worse and I wanted to cry.

And it was freezing cold.

I pushed myself up and when I glanced down at the foot of the bed my eyebrows shot up at the wooden crutches sitting there. I grabbed them and hesitantly stood up with them and I'm even more surprised when they're at my perfect height.

It takes a while for me to adjust to it but after a couple of minutes I make it out of the room. When I opened the door I was disappointed to see Aster wasn't on the couch.

I made my way to the kitchen and I found a note on the fridge and I grabbed it.

Good morning, darling.

I woke up a bit early and made the crutches, hope they're good.

There's a spare toothbrush and breakfast in the fridge. I went out for a bit, I'll be back soon.

-Aster

I smiled at the letter and then I opened the fridge to find a bowl of fruits mixed together. I closed it and then crutch my way to the bathroom.
