i was getting dressed for a ball that the
Malfoy's were hosting, i was best friends with Draco
Malfoy, well we were more like friends with benefits, no one knew though. I was actually getting dressed in the exact same room as Draco was in. I was in the bathroom with my haired curled, a long, white dress on and a white corset over it, i couldn't tighten the corset myself so i walked out of the bathroom and there stood Draco in an all black suit standing in front of the mirror, he turned over to me with his hands in his pockets and started walking towards me, "can you tighten this for me"i asked turning around and moving my hair so he has access, he slowly moved his hands around my waist and made his way to the strings, he then wrapped the strings around his fingers and pulled, i sucked in so he could do it more, he then did it one more time and tied them in a knot, he then moved his hands up and down my waist and turned me around, he then bent down to my ear"your fucking gorgeous do you know that?" he whispered, i got butterflies from his hot breath going onto my skin, i then put my hands on his shoulders and whispered, "you look hot in that suit" he smirked and grabbed my jawline and brought me into a powerful kiss, he bit my lower lip and that maid me moan, he was doing most of the kissing and i was just standing there letting him, the kiss didn't last long because of a knock ok the door, "Draco, Y/n, are y'all ready? the ball is about to start" Draco broke the kiss and opened the door, "yes mother, we just finished getting dressed" he said walking out of the room, "great, y/n dear your parents are sitting in the living room, and by the way you look stunning"  Narcissa said looking at my dress, "thank you miss, bye Draco" i said walking towards the stairs, once i got to the first floor i  saw my parents sotting on the couch, i walked over there and sat in the middle of my father and mother, "so what is this ball actually about?" i said asking them as i was playing with my dress, "well all of the parents know but we aren't suppose to tell the girls" my mothers said, i got confused of why she said 'girls' "what do you mean girls" i said looking at my mom, "you'll see hunny" she said patting my shoulder, then Draco and his parents walked down the stairs, he looked at me and smiled, i smiled back and then they opened the doors to reveal a a lot of girls with their parents, my eyes widened as they started shaking Draco and his parents hands and walking in the room, the music started playing and the house elves started laying out appetizers, random teenage girls with beautiful dresses came in and there were about 10 of them when they all came in, i didn't notice any of them except for one, Astoria Greengrass, she was madly obsessed with Draco and she hated me, to my surprise she was already talking to Draco in a very flirty way, i look at them and Draco looked very uncomfortable, i looked away and got up from the couch and sighed, i started walking over to the bar and i mumbled"i already hate this party" i asked one of the elves for a drink and they handed me some fire whiskey, i gladly took a sip and it burnt my throat but it felt good, i look over and Astoria rubbing her hands over Draco's chest, i continued drinking and then once i finished i asked for water to try and not get drunk at the Ball, i was drinking my water when Narcissa started talking on a microphone, i turned my head and looked at her, " may i have your attention please, this ball is a very special ball, all of the parents know but none of the young women out there know, this ball is for my Draco Malfoy to find his love, at the end of the day Draco will fill out an envelope that has one of y'all's names on it and that will be who he marries" my eyes widened my my mouth dropped, Draco getting married, to some girl he probably doesn't even know, fuck this party.

Narcissa then started talking again, "so there will be two challenges, the first is the traditional Ball dance, and the second will be dinner with everyone. Now let to Ball began" a white dance floor appeared and classical music started playing, each girl got 5 minutes of dancing with Draco and then Narcissa would call another girls name, she started calling names and the girl were absolutely gorgeous and they were great dancers, she then called Astoria up and she walked up to Draco in a flirty way, they danced for 5 minutes and it was really hard to watch, after they were done Narcissa called my name, my eyes widened and i slowly walked up to him, with Astoria death staring me, once i got in front of him, we both held hands and held them out in the air, he then took his other hand and put it around my waist and my other hands went around his shoulder, i was a good dancer but i didn't feel like dancing rn, i really didn't want to make eye contact with him but i look at him for a second and he was slightly smiling, we he noticed i wasn't happy his smiled turned into a frown, after 5 minutes she called another girl and i quickly walked away, i walked to the bathroom and closed the toilet and sat down, a tear went down my cheek as i thought about Draco happy with another girl. i got up and wiped my face to try and not show the tear stains, once i was done i wlaked pput and saw the girls, Draco, and his parents walk to the table, i walked with them and got sitted next to Astoria and a random girl, i sighed and stsrted eating, Lucius then started asking each girl what they do for a living and stuff about their education, they then got finished with Astoria and i know she definitely made half of the stuff up and of course Lucius knew, they then got to me, "so Y/n, what do you want to do when you grow up?" he asked me, "well i'm started to learn things about the ministry of magic and they have already said that i am capable to work there" "that's fantastic, now what are you grades like and what are you doing know for a living" he said taking a bit of the food, "well i have straight A's and now i'm tutoring kids who aren't doing so well in herbology, potions, defense against the dark arts, and transfiguration." they kept asking me questions and Narcissa was smiling at me the whole time as well as Draco. once i was done and they finished with the rest we all got up and went back for the living room, i saw Draco go to the envelope and wrote down a name, i started to get nervous once he handed it to his mother, she then walked up the the microphone and began talking, Astoria walked up so she was the closest one and straightened up and smiled, "so the women who will be marrying my son is... " she then opened the envelope and smiled, "y/n y/l/n!" my eyes widened and my mouth dropped, i looked at Draco and he smirked at me, i then looked at Astoria and she looked at me as i walked up next to Narcissa, she hugged me and whispered in my ear, "congratulations darling" i smiled at her and slowly walked over next for Draco, once i got next to him he wrapped his hands around my waist and pulled me close to him, he then bent down and kissed my cheek, i smiled, "now we all wish y/n and Draco a very happy marriage in the future" she walked down and we began walking down, then everyone began shaking our hands and we finally got to Astoria, we both held out our hands and she shook draco's, she then slapped mine away, i gasped as she did that, "what the hell is wrong with you" i asked, "you stole my Draco from me" she said touching Draco, he then moved her hands and held me closer, "i was never yours" we then walked away and Draco brought me up to his room, he then sat on the edge of the bed and i sat next to him, "thank you" i said looking at him, "no problem love" he then grabbed my jaw and brought me into a passionate kiss, he brought me onto his lap and set his hands on my ass, he moved me closer and i put my hands around his necks and deepened the kiss, he stuck his tongue in my mouth and bit my bottom lip, he then broke the kiss and i put my head on his chest and hugged him, "i'm so happy to be marrying you" he said, " me too" he kissed my head and laid down and hugged me back making me giggle.
