It didn't take long for Billy to leave for a reason Gyda couldn't get out of him, and assumed he went to go find Sydney, since they were still together and all. Putting on a sigh, the white-haired female tucked herself into bed, closing her eyes. The conversation through the phone with whoever it was on the other side immediately rushed in, and she tightened her grip on the bed sheets, her dog snuggled in between her arms, looking up at her with the most concerned look a dog could have.

Gyda pulled the dog closer to her, her head resting just above his when multiple taps were heard from her window. Tensing up, she held onto the dog as his ears perked up and head turned in the direction of the sound. When his tail began wagging, she assumed it was someone she knew, someone who wasn't a murderer and took her chance. Outside the window was the one and only, Stu Macher.

Relief flooded through her body as she relaxed, moving away from the comfy position on her bed, and unlocking it. Sliding it above her head, the white-haired female grunted as her tall frame stumbled backward so Stu could get in without running into her. "It has been a while, hasn't it?" Stu asked, looking over at her, halfway through the window. "I would say talk when you have fully entered my room, you weirdo."

Stu listened to the Australian, putting one leg through the window and sliding the rest of his body in her room, almost face planting the floor. "Real smooth, Stu. Real smooth," Gyda called out, rolling her eyes playfully. The brunette in question could only cough out laughter, amused by her words. "Oh, C'mon Gyda Bear, I am always smooth." Scoffing in return, Gyda whacked the male over the back of his head.

"You are quite the opposite, my dear friend," she said, laughing as the tall male grabbed the nearest thing that just so happened to be a snow globe and threw it in her direction. Eyes wide with surprise, Gyda's hands scrambled in the air in a desperate attempt to catch the object. Once she was sure the item was safe and secure, she glared at the brunette male with blue eyes. "That was made out of glass? What if it were to break? Hmm?" She asked, tilting her head to the side and the blue-eyed boy just shrugged his shoulders in return.

"You caught it, so that wasn't going to happen. So, don't worry about what could've been and relish in the fact that you caught it," Stu grumbled, getting up from the floor to stand to his full height. Looking up at the male, she crossed her arms, putting the snowglobe on the dresser beside her bed beside the door.

"Why are you here?" Stu's expression turned thoughtful as he plopped himself on the bed, Harley greeting him with a chuff of a sniff, snorting when finished. Amused by her dog's antics, she sat cross-legged in front of Stu. "I am here because I got bored," he admitted. "I'm glad you came to me then, but why not Tatum?"

"Why can't I visit my best friend without visiting Tatum first?" Gyda let a laugh slip through her mouth, and she made sure she didn't get too loud. Her exchange parents were asleep right now. "Well, if you must know, my best friend slot is already taken, but you're a close second," Gyda hummed out, raising an eyebrow.

"Yeah, 'cause you're best friend is Billy." He scowled, going back to the conversation where Sydney got upset about how close their friendship was, knowing Billy's plan at the end of the year, and decided to do something about it. She wasn't meant to be a part of the plan, and now, she's deeper than she was needed to be.

"You know that Sidney still isn't fully okay with how close you and he are, you know?" Stu was willing to face Billy's anger problems if it meant that Gyda could get herself out of the situation for a little while at least. "Yeah, I know," Gyda murmured, scratching the back of her neck. "I didn't mean to grow so close with the boy, Stu. Like I said the other day, I'd risk our friendship for their relationship to grow."

Stu reached out and grabbed her hand gently, pulling her closer and giving her a hug. "You can always hang out with me and Tatum at school, and then whenever he tries to hold onto you like he usually does, we can push in before he does and give you the hug first."

Gyda looked up at the brunette with a raised eyebrow. "Do you seriously think that'll work? And nonetheless, you know how he is, he's your best friend too, I don't think you would want to ruin that." Stu looked at the female below him and gave her dog a small pat on the head as he sighed in return.

"He just has to learn that some actions are too close for friends and that Sidney is his girlfriend, not you," he murmured, making Gyda nod, slightly upset but knew it was the right thing to do. "Okay, we can try that idea, and if it works, I'm giving you candy," Gyda mumbled. The exchange student looked at the time, seeing as it was almost midnight and looked over at him.

"You can stay over tonight, and we can head to school together, y'know?" Stu nodded his head, jumping off of the bed and crashing onto the floor with a thud. "Be careful," Gyda hissed out, throwing a pillow at the boy, tiptoeing to the wardrobe in the hallway for a spare blanket, heaving the warm thing over to the brunette male.

"I'm always careful, Bear," Stu said, though Gyda could sense there was a meaning behind just the plan, she shrugged it off because he was too eccentric and estatic to not be careful. Pulling herself in her bed, she cradled with her dog once more as her eyes fluttered shut, falling asleep with the knowing fact that Stu was right there beside her bed to look after her.

"Good luck, Gyda."
