Abby was sitting in her room, thinking whether to go ask for help and risk even more bullying or not. Kirstie's friends were making fun of her for having father in jail and mother a drug dealer and addict at the same time.

She decided to give it a try. She went to Kirstie's room and knocked on the door, waiting for response. None was coming, which meant that she wasn't home yet, even though she was grounded. Her grandparents found out about her bullying Abby.

She tried all the other rooms and she wasn't in either of them. "What are you looking for, sweetie?" Her grandmother came up to her.

"My sister. I thought she'd be here, because she's not in her room. I don't want her to get into any trouble. I just wanted to ask her something I need for school." She looked down.

Nel took her shoulder and they walked to the room and without knocking, Nel opened the door. Kirstie was just getting in through the window and she didn't manage to get inside in time. "Where were you, young lady?"

Kirstie rolled her eyes. "At the same place as every Friday - at Michael's place. You know we always hang out at his place. Every single week." She walked to her closet to get her clothes for bed and turned to go to the bathroom. She looked at her grandma and sister standing on her side of the door. "Can I go take a shower now? I just came from the outside and I want to go to bed clean."

Her grandma crossed her arms. "You won't get your next week's pocket money. Everything will go by your sister." She said and left.

Abby looked down. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to let her know. If I knew you weren't here, I wouldn't go and ask her." She whispered.

Kirstie went by her and pushed her away. "Don't pretend like you didn't do it on purpose because my friends are bullying you." She hissed.

Abby looked up at her sister. "You think it's about someone I don't know? You think I care that some random brainless kid is bullying me? I don't give a single- about them, I care that my nearly identical twin is making fun of me rather than talking to me." Abby walked up to her. "I care about having sister that is never there for me." She pushed her back and went to her own room.

Kirstie just rolled her eyes and went to take a show and get ready for bed. She was still a kid and she was exhausted after a long day. She didn't like when Abby was showing off. She didn't want any attention, but the fact that Abby was the angel, made everyone look at Kirstie and ask "and what happened here?" and that always made Kirstie sad. Even if she tried to be good, all it would give her is "why are you acting like your sister, when you're clearly not?" type of questions from others. There was no real way back at that point.

She got out of the bathroom in her pyjamas and went to her room. Soon after Abby came back. "I thought I'm free for today." Kirstie snorted and went to her bed.

"I just wanted to ask you something." Abby said and sat beside her sister. "Why did you choose bullying me" She looked at her twin.

Kirstie with laugh behind her eyes and neutral rest of her face. "Because you're the reason why I'm here. I had my dad, I had the place I called home without even thinking why. I had everything I could want. Then you came and I was no longer the good little angel. And why try being nice when I will be the other angel, when I can be mean and be the devil?" She asked and laid down. "So it's basically your own fault. Maybe back home, we would be just classmates and friends." She turned away from her twin and closer her eyes.

Abby sighed. "This way, you will have very sad life." She stood up and went back to her room.

As she reached the door, her twin spoke again. "I already do."

Prison

Mitch sat on his bed with his cellmate beside him. Both had books in their hands, reading with concentration. They were interested in the stories on the pages. Aaron's head was on Mitch's shoulder and Mitch's head was leaning against Aaron's.

Guard went by their cell and tapped on the bars. "What's up, fags?"

Mitch turned his page and then gave Aaron a pudding. "There you go." He whispered with chuckle.

The guard grunted. "What's that supposed to mean?" He hit the bars with his baton.

Aaron turned his page and eventually gave Mitch the pudding back. "One would think that after such while they would learn." He sighed and pulled himself a bit closer.

The guard opened the bars and walked in. He took Mitch by neck and pinned him against the wall. Aaron jumped away and tried to pull the guard away. "Do you think you get to insult me?" He grunted.

Mitch rolled his eyes. "You're literally insulting us all the time. What stops me from doing the same to you?" He took a deep breath as the guard let him go.

The armed man punched Mitch. "Do not, ever, think you can talk to me this way."

Mitch pushed himself up with a laugh. "You think your punch can hurt any of the prisoners? There are fights every single day. We barely feel it by now." He sat up and touch his lip that got cut on his teeth.

Guard grunted. "Just you wait. I will get my chance to do something to you and you will wish that you wouldn't talk to me like that." He left them there.

Aaron knelt down in front of Mitch looking at the lip. He went to the sink and got his sleeve wet. "You need to stop provoking them." He chuckled. He took Mitch's jaw and started cleaning the lip. He shook his head when Mitch hissed. "You don't get to hiss." They laughed. "You provoked him into punching you. You can't whine about something you brought upon yourself."

"I can, because we both know I'm okay. Now come on, I want to enjoy the few days you have left before you get out and leave me here alone." He leaned his forehead against Aaron's. "I'm going to miss you here. But I won't be here for that long before I'm out too."

Aaron sat up on the bed. "I can come visit you every day. I already told you that. I wouldn't mind it the slightest."

"My last day is just fine." He smiled and pulled his boyfriend closer. "That way you will basically pick me up and you won't get to leave me here again." Mitch kissed his head.

Another guard came to their cell. "Grassi. You have visitors." The bars moved to a side and Mitch stood up from the bed. Aaron went to his bed with his book. Mitch followed the guard to the visiting room.
