Capri awoke in a startle, a nightmare eating away at her sleep.

She looked around the dark room, reaching for the lamp on her nightstand that was nowhere to be found.

She wasn't in her bedroom.

She sighed heavily to herself in disappointment as she remembered why.

Capri stood up from the bed as she went around to flicker on the light, she was all alone and it was already dark outside.

Looking down to herself she noticed her lack of clothing, sporting only her white panties.

She lifted the sheets as she looked for her dress finally noticing it on the other side of the bed.

As she threw it on, the bedroom door  opened and Mateo walked in.

She ignored his presence as she fixed her hair, placing it into a ponytail.

"I meant what I said, I want to speak about Colombo".

She finally looked up to see him in a pair of pajama pants and a navy blue robe, his bare chest once again on display.

"It's complicated"

"I have time".

"No".

Capri walked up to Mateo and slapped him hard, catching him off guard as she did so.

Before he could speak Capri quickly Interjected.

"Listen here asshole, I'm in a fucking prison the least you're going to do- not can, do, is tell me what the fuck is going on with you and Colombo and why you guys are best buddies after you pulled me out of school against my will and made it seem like he was your ultimate enemy even though I saw you both chatting up with two strippers by your side, oh! One of them giving you a fucking blowjob"!

Capri slapped him once more, again catching him off guard.

He stared at her, his hands balled into fists as he forced himself to not react in a bad manner.

He slowly backed up to sit on the edge of the bed, looking up at her as he let out an angry sigh.

"Him and I aren't friends, we just do business together, he would still very much like to take you away from me".

Capri rolled her eyes at his last sentence.

"I invited him over to talk business and have a few drinks, we laughed and had a good time".

Mateo winced at his last choice of words, of course he had a good time.

"So he's still your enemy"?

"He's not really my enemy, the Russo's don't have any ongoing rivalry with the Colombo's, if it was like that then I wouldn't be doing any business with him".

Capri listened quietly as she walked around the room, okay, she had read the situation wrong.

"Alright well thank you for clarifying that".

Capri calmed down as she took in a much needed breath, she could feel Mateo's gaze on her.

"I know I haven't been the best partner but I think I'm willing-

Capri laughed loudly as she looked at him like he had two heads.

"Partner? Partner in what? You and I aren't together and have never been Mateo, we never will".

Mateo's face fell at her words, of course she was his woman.

"That's where you're wrong Capri, I fuck you like my woman and I treat you as such, so guess what, you are".
