As we were walking around I was talking to a few people as I wrote down what they were saying
"ok so far what I got is that all the killings happen in back allys where no one can see"
I looked up at Sho as he nodded and put his finger to his chin in a thinking way "ok so we need to start looking around the allies" I nodded and closed my notebook before putting it away
"how about we go somewhere for lunch first"
He looked at me "sounds good to me" he grabbed my hand with a smile and started walking towards what seemed like a random restaurant till he went inside
"welcome to the Cape Cave Dinner"
when the lady looked up she stood up straight "boss welcome" she smiled while grabbing the menus and lead us the way to a booth
"here are your seats your silver will be with you momentarily"
I looked at Sho "why do they call you boss" he looks at me and rested his chin on his hands as he put his arms on the table
"you still dont fully know but those of us that are higher up have a section they are in charge of with it's own people"
He looked up then back at me
"think of it as a gang that has higher ups controlling there of section of people to control"
"So does that mean the smaller gangs around here answer to you"
He nodded but sat up when or waiter comes up to our table and got our drinks and said to that he'll get our order when he brings back our drinks
~~time skip~~
I sipped on my to go cup as we left the restaurant "the food there was delicious" he put an arm around me as we started to walk towards the hotel
"hey sho"
He hummed in reply "are we going to the hotel" he didn't say anything just kept walking "it's a surprise" I looked around and saw the more we walked the more I saw of celebration decorations
"Whats going on"
I saw him smirking "it's a little celebration they do every year around this time" my eyes widened as i saw stalls with lots of different food and things they're selling
"this is amazing"
He took his arm off of me and gave me a little nudge "go have fun" I looked at him and he motioned me to go on
I went up to a food stand that was selling cotton candy and got some and walked off and went to a stall that was giving away some cool stuffed animals and toys
"oooo"
"do you want one"
With a small nod I looked at Sho who was looking over everything "I will take the dolphin and the cat" the guy nodded and got them then handed them out for us to take
