"Not everyone was meant to be tamed."

*No one's POV*

The cheers of the crowd grew louder and louder. A blazing light hit the woman's grey eyes as 2 large doors opened. She could barely see anything because her eyes were blurred by the light she hadn't seen in years.
She slowly felt that she was being held only by her arms, legs and neck. The spears had been removed from her body. She felt slightly better, but still in pain. She looked down and checked if her wounds were actually still there. They were still there, but she saw that they were slowly closing. That meant her body was healing itself by the time the spears had been taken away.

Suddenly the chains were gone and she fell on the ground. She felt her legs and arms again. She looked at her hands and they were completely covered in dried blood. Only the mask around her head was still there and the collar around her neck. She heard a big amount of people screaming and yelling. Her eyes finally got used to the bright light as she tried to get up. She was luckily able to stand because her legs had already healed. She looked around and realized where she was. The arena where she had to fight for her reward.

It was a mighty platform and the grandstand was full of people. The platform was sandstone with small water pools at the edges. Those were meant for water benders.

"Welcome to our fighting arena, The Devil's Cave! Hopefully you'll be entertained by the blood and pain that will take place, right here, right now!" A man shouted from a speaker as the crowd cheered on.

Suddenly a door at the other side of the arena opened and a tall woman walked into the arena. She had an elegant outfit but didn't look nice at all. She had hundreds of knives inside her cape. She had a dark red crop top with dark leather pants while a cape covered her body. She had dark brown hair and an evil smile on her face. She kinda looked like a bitch.

"Let's welcome our well-known fighter, Vailant!" The man from the speaker notified as the crowd cheered her on.

"Here we have our other fighter, a newbie as far as i can tell. Please welcome our new fighter!" The man shouted as the woman got up and looked her opponent right in the eyes. Even though she was hurt and vulnerable, she knew she could finish her.

"Let the fight begin!"

*Rowans POV*

We now flew right above the burned mountain. Arka screeched as she looked down at the destruction.

"So what's the plan actually when we get there?" I asked curious.

"When we get there we need to somehow enter her castle without being noticed by the dragons. Zillah has a good bond with almost every dragon in the world. They all like her. So they all started to protect the tower so they were sure no one was able to hurt Zillah. If we get in we will have to be prepared for a battle against Zillah. I'm quite sure she will attack instantly. If we get her to calm down i'll try to convince her to help you and in return i'll increase the distance of her cage so she can leave the castle but not the city." Celeste explained.

"If she doesn't cooperate, we will have to take her down and go over to plan B," Lee confirmed.

"And what's plan B?" I was confused.

"Well you hopefully don't need to know." Lee suddenly said. That's kinda weird and scary too if i'm gonna be honest.

We flew beyond the mountains and a gigantic forest laid below us. The leaves of the trees were green, orange and red. Kind of a smooth combination.

After an hour we finally came to the end of the forest. Behind the forest were just grassfields. Further in the fields ran a herd of pure white horses. They looked powerful and graceful together.

We flew above the fields for almost 3 hours. We finally came to the end of the fields and the vibrant green grass turned to a muddy swamp. We now flew above the swamp as I heard Imber roar. Imber shook his head and looked down and viewed the swamp.

"He's tired, I think we should find a spot to take a small break," Arka roared on hearing Celeste's words. We slowly went down and found a clear spot to land. Madlock landed first as Arka and Imber followed. I just noticed that Madlock was twice as big as Imber and Arka. We jumped off of our dragons and phoenix and looked for a safe spot to rest. Madlock didn't care and layed down instantly. Imber did the same but Arka started to walk around them. Arka looked at something and screeched quietly. Me, Lee and Celeste stood behind Arka and looked in the same direction. In the distance stood a pure white horse, it looked beautiful.

"Isn't that maybe one of the horses from that herd at the fields?" I asked as I ran towards the horse. Behind the horse was a large river. The other side was really far away. The horse didn't look scared by my sudden movements and came closer itself. I looked behind me and smiled at Celeste. She didn't smile back but looked confused at the horse. I stood next to the horse and wanted to place my hand on its back.

"Maybe he's lost? Maybe the herd ran too fast, poor you." I said as I placed my hand on its back. Suddenly I heard a scream.

"Don't touch it! That's not a horse, it's a Kelpie!" She screamed and ran towards me as Lee followed.

I tried to pull my hand back but then I realized my hand was stuck. The horse suddenly turned and started running into the water. I was able to breathe in some air before being pulled into the water. Celeste jumped into the water and started swimming really fast, obviously because she's a waterbender.

The horse's hind legs turned into a long mermaid tail and started diving straight down into the river. Its white skin turned to a nasty dark green and its manes and tail turned dark green and black, the horse now looked disgusting. Celeste followed me as fast as she could. I started to lose the air in my lungs and tried to fight back. The horse suddenly stopped and Celeste almost crashed into her. The Kelpie wanted that, so Celeste would be stuck too. I reached out to Celeste with my left hand but she didn't grab it. She grabbed my stuck arm as the Kelpie started diving down again. It became darker and darker with every movement of the horse.

Suddenly a charming light shone from Celeste's eyes. She looked at my hand and then I realized what she had to do to save me. My vision became blurry and I tried to look at Celeste for the last time.

Before my eyes closed, I saw her reaching for my hand while she held something in her hand.
