Lost In Ice (Various x Fem. Reader)

// This chapter is going to suck. I honestly never paid attention to this episode since it both freaked me out and I wasn't interested in the plot. Mainly, it was just boring//

Down by the beach, Finn, Y/n, and Jake had flamethrowers that the Gum-twins (a nickname that Y/n came up with) had given them. A rapid increase of icebergs had washed up with things inside of them that the three wanted to check out.

"Yeah!" Finn chanted as the flamethrower lit up in the air. He laughed at the flame and aimed it at the ice. The iceberg melted rapidly as objects were shown to him. "I found another bike and more computers. What do you got?" Finn asked, directing it to Jake.

Jake only moaned in annoyance "I keep finding baby shoes!" his flamethrower went off and inside his iceberg were more baby shoes. "WHAT THE HECK, MAN?! And they're all lefties! Sorry I'm not finding any loot." he apologized to Finn.

"Keep it together, chubby, because I think we found enough scrap to finish building our gauntlet dock; a dock that is also a gauntlet." Finn finished off, taking most of the things out of the now melting iceberg. In the back, Y/n was melting her own iceberg. It melted down to a half puddle as she looked inside. 'rusty coins, wet pages with ink splashes, a pendant, a rubber band, a picture that looked like her, a ring- wait... a picture that looked like her?' her eyes widened as she stared at the semi-wet paper.

"Hey Y/n, any luck?" Finn questioned loudly, gaining her attention. Y/n quickly folded the paper and hid it in her shorts. She quickly grabbed the pendant and lifted it.

"Not really, check out this pendant, I think I'll keep it. Anyways, I'll be getting this iceberg now." Y/n rambled off and quickly made her way to the iceberg she pointed at. Finn brushed her actions off as her finding her 'true' self with them. Jake, on the other hand, thought something else way different.

"Aww. Building this gauntlet dock is hard, man. Hard work sucks." Jake finally whined, thinking about the dock.

"Don't be lazy, Jake." Finn glanced at Jake, smiling at him in a teasing way. They both pause as they hear a bubbling sound from the water. They turn to see the shadow of something coming to the shore.

"Incoming iceberg!" Jake yelled. The big chunk of ice made it onto the land. It seemed too foggy to see from the outside.

"Whoa! That one's huge!" Finn gasped out. Y/n finally ran up to it.

"I got dibs! Ooo. I hope it's not baby shoes." Jake yelled and ran up the iceberg as well. He lightly picked her up and set her aside so he could wipe the surface. He gasped seeing what was inside.

"It's a guy," Finn stated. Y/n reached her hand out and started to wipe the surface more, revealing more men inside of the iceberg.

"That's creepy. It's a bunch of guys," she said

Jake stared at them, his gaze seemed like he was questioning something. "You know what they remind me of? Well-dressed pickles," he stated. Finn grabbed his flamethrower and set it high, aiming it at the iceberg.

"Stand back you two! I'm gonna melt 'em outta there! Full charge." he set a huge flame at them as Jake stopped him.

"Whoa, don't roast 'em, man. You gotta flambé." Jake set his flamethrower to a low setting and brushed the flames gently against the ice. It melted down making the men look freer than they were. "Ah. Perfecto. Bon appetit." he said, as he set the flamethrower to the ground.

"Hey! Can you hear me? Hello?" Finn started to yell at them. They just continued to stay frozen.

Jake knocked on their heads to try and make them respond "I don't think they made it." he muttered out.
