hello friends!!
i used to write some books (which are no longer exists LMFAO) and now im back at it!! (or at least trying😗)

anyway, a few things,
-the books i wrote weren't good WHATSOEVER so i cant promise this one will be good LMAO
-english isn't my first language so if i have some grammar mistakes and stuff im sorry:)))
-there might be cursing and swearing so if u dont like that or anything im sorry!!

joshua's pov -

"..joshua bassett, one of the biggest superstars out there suddenly sends a message to the world saying he is gonna leave everything and take a break from his career, our sources have found out that bassett has been-"

the girl on the tv got cut by matt turning the tv off.
"are u sure about this? are u really sure u just want to leave everything?" he asked with a lost expression on his face.
"yes, 100% yes, this break could be the best thing that's gonna happen for me and my career" i replayed calmly.

"it can also totally ruin your career, josh. what did bemjamin said when-"

"no matt, u dont understand, i need this break, for myself. also i have a few songs that are done and the label wants them out, i will release songs, just not work on new ones, i know my career cant just die, considering im not planning on having social media either. bemjamin was pretty supporrive which caught me off guard, but i cant complain" i said before he could finish his sentence.

"well, u do whats good for u, im just sad i won't have my brother with me for like three months" he said getting emotional and i laughed a bit.

"man u are gonna miss me" i said putting my hand over my heart "also i might be back after two weeks, or even six months, who knows?" i added,
"as long as u will be back eventually".
"u cant live without me can u?" i asked sarcastically,

"yes i can, i just prefer doing this thing called life with u. anyway, i cant believe u just decided to go to my cousin's town for your break thing, bruh, that place is like a desert, so fucking boring". he said playing with his hair.
"boring can be very good sometimes, for your information"

olivia's pov -

"mom!!! have u seen my bag?? im late for work!" i yelled running downstairs, i swear to god if im gonna be late one more time, jenn is gonna kill me.

"it's here!" she yelled back from the kitchen.
i quickly took my bag and my phone, hugged her and gave her a quick kiss on the cheek, "bye!! love u!!" i yelled running outside, "love u too!! be careful, don't talk to strangers and dont come home too late!" i heard her saying while closing the door.

i got off the bus looking at my phone seeing its 3:28pm, fuck i need to be at the coffee shop in less than two minutes.

"woah woah woah girl take a break!" sofia yelled at me while i entered the coffee shop. "took a nap on the couch and didn't realize u need to come to work?" she asked laughing,

"hahahaha very funny. can't u see how hard im laughing?" i said pointing at my not so happy face."and for the record, i was actually doing my homeworks, girl senior year is killing me slowly" i said catching my breath.

"when are u not doing your homework? girl give yourself a break" she said putting her arm around my shoulder, "oh yea? wait until u get to senior year" i said smiling and evil smile.
"u are scaring me, i really think i should enjoy my junior year as much as i can" she replied walking towards the bar, "i have this feeling something entertaining will happen today, or tomorrow" she added putting on her apron,
"yea sure, in our small little town something entertaining is gonna happen, call me when it happens in like maybe 20 years" i said chuckling putting on my own apron and she rolled her eyes playfully going to take some people's order.

i honestly wish something entertaining will happen here once in a while, its so fucking boring.

first chapter is done!! sorry its so short and kinda boring, i didn't want a lot of things to happen at once, this is just like kind of a prologue yk?
