"suddenly calling me huh?" i said picking up the phone right when it started ringing. "yea...abt me coming, something came up with a new project, im trying to figure it out and reschedule for after your winter break but i might not be able to come, i know i shouldve probably told u that earlier i just didn't know how to tell u and i-" he explained and started rambling with voice cracks. my heart sank, but its just another week, "will i be able to come though?" i asked quietly, trying to make him feel like its not a big deal, even tho it was. "yea, i just, i will miss the fair, and its another week of waiting" he replied as i wiped a tear, "its fine, we are fine josh" i tried to comfort him, "dont worry about it joshy" i added remembering that nickname is gonna make him feel more secure. "the bell is about to ring, i will call u after school, i love u" i said, "i love u, waiting for your call" i blew him a kiss and hung up. my heart hurt, i know its just only one more week, but i haven't seen him for three weeks now, and its gonna be almost a month and a half when i will see him again, and with everything that has happened lately, i just need him, i need his hug, and his voice.
"hey, are u okay?" juj asked concerned as she saw that i was resting my head on the table. "josh will probably wont be able come" i whispered. ״aw liv im sorry" she replied rubbing my back, "its okay, its just another week" i tried to make it seem better, "is it? i know u miss him a lot, and its another week that is adding up to like four or five others" she said making my heart skip a beat. "yes, but theres nothing to do about it, i knew it was gonna be hard, and that having a relationship with him will be a challenge, and it was a challenge i was willing to deal with, with all the good that he brings theres also bad, but the good overcomes the bad, so its worth it" i explain with a smile, understanding the situation as she sent me a small smile back as she turned her head to the teacher, leaving me lost in my thoughts.

"how are u?" he asked sending me smile through the screen. "im ok, therapy was good" i replied taking my shoes off, "im happy to hear that, genuinely, and that therapy is helping u, and that u are getting better" he said with the biggest smile making me smile too, "all i need now is to hug u, guess u cant have everything huh" i said remembering our call from earlier, making me smile turn upside down. "hey no, we dont do that, its ok, u are good, u will get your hug, i promise, i keep my best ones for u" he replied keeping the sweet smile on his face,cheering me up, "i love u" i said simply making his smile grow even bigger, "what movie are we watching then?" he said pointing at his computer, "not a sad one, i dont feel like crying, and not romance, i dont feel like crying" i chuckled.

i woke up the next morning, from the alarm, my computer next to me, i think i fell asleep during my movie binge with josh, probably. "liv wake up!!" i heard my mom yelling from the hallway, "im up!!!"

"u looke nice today" sof said as i entered the car, "why thank u, i actually feel good today, its gonna be a good day" i said with a smile, "look at u all happy and stuff" juj commented, "my therapist the that i should look on the bright side, so i do" i replied, "well its working, u are glowing, somehow" sof replied chuckling. "whys she always in the front seat" i ranted, "cause u take the longest to get ready, she defended. "i call shotgun for tomorrow" "yea sure"

"what the fuck" i said to myself as i felt my phone ringing, seeing its josh, he knows im in class. asking for a permission, saying uts a family emergency, i left the class and answered. "princess!! i can come!!!" he said excitedly, "wait really?" i replied feeling the smile on face, "really, franklin is packing" he replied laughing making my smile grow bigger, "stop i missed him and i missed u and omg im so happy i could cry" i replied jumping up and down. "i love u so much, now go back to class, i just couldn't wait, i knew it will make your day" he said. "i love u" i replied and hung up. going back into the class with full confidence and a huge smile, making sof and juj suspicious. "hes coming".
