I sit at the table awaiting for other fellow guests. deja vu hits me I press my lips together scooting my legs closed. My dress raises up my thigh.

I draw hearts and flowers all over my thigh. I bite my lip. As more people arrive at the secluded table. Just me Mr. Mattews and Curtis.

I feel like all Curtis have a duty to the world to be funny. Like it's their job. This Curtis was as dry as peach skin.

I feel someone sit beside me I look up it's Jace I don't react just pretend I don't notice. I guess Jace and I are still friends ish I just can't stop thinking about what if he knew.

I'd be very hurt.

Kai sits in front of me with Camron and Kevin following. I look away everyone is staring at me since I kinda am suppose to carry the conversations but I'm feeling hurt.

I look up "oh Mr.Mattews I saw Nicolàs yesterday I think bottom line he said to tell you hi." I babble to him. He smiles surprised Well if you see him again tell him I said "Hello great kid." He shakes his head a smile never leaving his face.

"He's engaged now." I add I hear Kai and Kevin exhale. "I knew he would settle down eventually. He's doing good? well how are his brothers?"

"Um I saw Roman briefly since the internship so it's been a while actually Roman is doing well better than well he's doing great. Rayven's still Rayven. and he said Corse is doing as good as a nine year old could be." I babble he nods "good that's good." He smiles I nod.

I take a sip of my water the waitress comes back taking order "I'll have the Akashi oyster sauce salad with blue ch-" Kai looks up at me mid sentence.

I give him a death stare hoping his headwill be smushed.

"never mine can I just get some Margherita pizza." I can't with blue cheese unless it's on wings

She nods "anything for you." She smirks leaning closer to him. I narrow my eyes ew. He literally has a wedding band on. Not that he's married but Nova and I convinced him it was a mood ring.

"it's that your subtle way of flirting with my brother?" I ask she stands there like a deer in the head lights Kai stays quiet and just stares at the table Kevin covers his mouth holding in his laughter.

"I'm kidding." I whisper. Sorta.
She fake laughs Walking away awkwardly. "She's probably going to spit in my food" I mumble to Kevin as he's takings sip of water. He snorts and starts coughing I giggle patting him on the back.

Mid laughter I hear Mr.Mattews greeting people I turn my head. Sebastian. And no Carlo.

A little late.

I swallow I don't see Anastasia I left her a message I forgive her I think I don't feel the same anger as I did before. I turn to Kevin "wanna play chopsticks?" I ask he looks down as I hold my fingers out nodding I turn to face him.

We start playing for a good 10 minutes I glance at Sebastian a couple times unable to help myself. I screech with a couple of wins. "I'm starting to think your letting me win on purpose." He exhales smirking "let's go with that." He nods embarrassingly. The food arrives.

I eat what I can I keep my eyes on my food and Kevin order spicy sushi well. Normal sushi with spicy sauce. I look up seeing Sebastian he's disappeared my nose flares. I grip my fork tightly chewing on the fried oysters. I feel something cold on my dress I furrow my brows "oh my!" Jace gasp he sounds so fake like he didn't on purpose."I'm so sorry" he stutters his water spilled on my dress sits becoming see threw.

I laugh "don't worry about I can just go to the bathroom and dry it out." he stands up letting me out. I walk up trying to air out the water. I get to the bathroom not bothering to look up. I grab napkins trying to dry my dress out.

I feel another presents I look up a small smile forming on my face.
It's Sebastian.

"Hey." I start off his eye brows raise. "Hey." His tone less confronting I see him scrubbing out his tie. Hey.. that's all. I can't help but be disappointed. I know I started the Heys but I was hoping it to be a one time thing. Now Sebastian on the other hand I am still very much angry at.

I stop in my tracks looking around at the men's bathroom. I lean against the door locking it.

His eyes connect with mine my thighs shake on the heels I sit on the clean counter.

I put my hair in a ponytail he's still scrubbing out his tie with just water I hop off the counter I grab the napkin from his hand he eyes stay on the tie I put some soap on my finger spreading it all over the spot I use the cloth napkins from the table that I used for my dress to scrub the tie.

His eyes look down my dressed to my neon yellow underwear he exhales averting his gaze.

I notice his sleeves rolled up showing a small tattoo on his wrist the spot comes out slowly I grasp tie hard drying it out. I turn to him finding him right beside me

Two guys with guns hold em out towards us I screech my heart beating at an unsafe paste Sebastian holds me behind him protectively I grab on to his arm. My heart is nightmarishly fast my face burns with sweat the bathroom feeling suddenly very small.

My eyes blur with tears as I see smoke from outside and the passed out bartender on the floor. My lips part when Sebastian is suddenly ripped away from me.

A smack comes to my face as I hit the wall hard my head going dizzy I feel something leak down my face that's not just tears.
