Chapter fifteen Depression

--kid's pov--
blood... I watched as it drizzled symmetrically down my wrists. There was a knock at my door. I pulled my sleeves down, hid my razor blade and cleaned up the blood.
"Kid, can i come in?" Liz asked.
"Yes..." I said in a quiet and grim voice.
Liz walked in and sighed.
"Kid... There are other fish in the sea..." She said warmly.
"No... She was perfect... H-has her condition improved?" I asked hopefully.
Liz stayed silent, pain visable in her eyes.
"She has a pulse..." She said and my eyes widened.
I ran to stein's labritory and busted in. I sat by scarlet's side, tears of joy filling my eyes at the heart moniter's beeps. Warm tears flowed down my hollow cheeks and i pulled a chair next to her. I gently and slowly grabbed her hand, holding it.
"Scarlet.... Remember when we first met? You were so adorably shy... Please stay strong..." I said, my voice cracking. "I need you.... I love you s-so much..."
I remembered her favorite song and started shakily singing it.
