Beside Ultras from Nebula M78 there also several Ultras from different planets (U40, Nebula Z95, TOY-1, Altara, The then-destroyed L77), other peaceful Alien species and Pretty Cures that allied with them protecting the inhabitants of this Universe from evils.

In this Earth, there was TDF (Terrestrial Defense Force) an organization that specializes in preserve international peace and security, they also specializes in technology development and innovation. The TDF was founded in 1956 through an international joint effort. The main headquarters are located in Paris and has branches in Washington, Arctic, Far East, Sydney and Cairo. The Far East base (Japan) leads the Asian Region of TDF. They also have a Rocky Mountain Science Center, a peace conference center, and an Antarctic Science Center. They have Space Stations: Space Station V1, V3 and a Moon base. The Japan Branches of TDF Far East Base includes, Tokyo, San Culmier, Kanon Town, Hagukumi and Sukoyaka.
