Sulu (tos) - Bitter irony

I was talking to my boyfriend Tyler when I saw my friend Hikaru looking at him with... a death glare?

That doesn't sound like Hikaru...

"Excuse me, I need to talk to a friend." I said to Tyler and he nodded and smiled.

I walked up to Hikaru and I asked "Why are you looking at my boyfriend like that?"

He scoffed "You know why."

"Why, because I didn't choose you?" I asked pointing at him.

"I'll tell you what, Hikaru, whenever-" I scoffed "if I'm ever having relationship problems, you will be able to handle it that, the way you want to okay?" I said that, and hoped I never had any problems.

He grumbled softly.

"Fine."

"Thank you." I bitterly said and walked back to my boyfriend, who was patiently waiting for me to sit back down.

"Sorry." I said when I sat down.

*A couple months later*

I walked into my quarters and I sat down on a chair, sighing.

I rubbed my face and then I leaned over the table, resting my head on my arms and started crying.

And then I heard the door open and I went quiet.

"Who is it?" I asked and I heard Hikaru's soft voice.

"Sulu." He said.

"What's wrong y/n?"

"N-nothing Hikaru." I said, my voice muffled and I felt like crying again.

I felt his hand softly spread out on my back, and my lip quivered, and I broke out in a sob.

I hugged him and I cried into his chest.

"What happened y/n?" He asked when I calmed down.

He wiped my tears away and he said softly "Tell me what's wrong y/n."

I sniffled "I found him with another girl."

"Where is he?" He asked.

"He should be in his quarters, probably still with her."

He gave me a hug and said "Don't go anywhere."

He left my quarters.

After a few minutes I was very curious what Sulu was doing.

I poked my head out of my quarters and I saw a group of my friends walking towards Tyler's quarters.

I smiled widely as I knew what they were doing.

A couple minutes later Sulu walked into my room and he was dragging Tyler by his shirt.

He looked scared and he was pretty bruised up, blood coming out of his nose and it was also trickling down his chin from his lips.

"Where am I?" He asked and then he looked at me, and I had my arms crossed.

"Say you're sorry!" Hikaru yelled.

"I'm sorry! I'm so sorry!" And I could tell Tyler wasn't lying, well of course he isn't, he's scared to death.

"We're over." I said.

Sulu pushed him out of my quarters and then kicked him.

He looked at me "Are you okay?"

I giggled "I feel a lot better, thank you."

He bowed, smiling "You're welcome y/n."
