Luna was with her family visiting her aunt, when her father suddenly shoved her back in their truck, and the world went to chaos. People were no longer dying, they were coming back, and killing.

"Is he still al-" Luna couldn't finish the sentence.
"Fuck!" Kenny groaned.
Luna checked Lee's pulse. "He's still alive. He doesn't look very walker-ish. Help me move him."
"This is bad," Ben muttered.
"I said help me move him!"
They got him up and onto one of the tables, when Kenny turned to Luna.
"When you get bitten by a snake, if you cut it off in time, it will save you, right?"
Luna thought for a moment. "I don't know. I think it's sucking it out more. Like, you suck out the poison-"
"You're not seriously thinking of cutting off his arm?!" Omid said.
"What else can we do?" Kenny asked.
Luna thought for another moment as they all started yelling at each other.
"Guys, just shut up! I think it could work, dad." Luna shouted over them. "I mean, if it hasn't gone into his blood stream. But, I mean, we don't know anything about bites."
"Alright, then," Kenny started digging through the cupboards. "Someone help!"
"What are you looking for?" Christa asked.
"A saw."
"Dad! You can't cut his arm off!" Luna said.
"Well, what else can I do? We've got to do something!"
Christa raised an eyebrow. "And you think cutting off his arm is the thing to do?"
"It's the only thing to do!" Kenny looked at Luna as he picked up a saw. "It works with frostbite, doesn't it, Lu?"
She looked at him like he was insane. "Yeah. Frostbite! And anyway, that's only to get rid of dead skin!"
Kenny grabbed a small rope from a table, and tied it tightly around Lee's arm, rolling up his sleeve. "Well, it's worth a try."
"It may not be."
Kenny placed the saw on Lee's arm. "Sorry, pal. It's got to be done."
"Stop!" Christa yelled. "He's awake!"
"Yeah, and still bitten!"
"So?"
"This is about trying to save him! At the very least buy him some time!"
"Do we have to cut it off, though?" Ben asked.
"I mean, yeah, we don't even know if it works," Omid said.
"We don't know anything," Kenny said.
Ben crossed his arms. "Is there going to be a lot of blood?"
