"Ge!" I heard her call.
What now? She’s gonna lie again to my face and make me fall for her?
No.
Not this time.
I turned around and walked away as fast as I can.

THE REAL STORY...
Rayver was fidgeting while waiting for Sarah.
A part of him hopes the rumor is true and that the child is his.
Another fraction prays otherwise because he knows he still cannot afford to take such a huge responsibility
But this is his only shot to have Sarah back.
His hands were sweating, knees shaking and heart pounding
Could it be?
"Lalim ng iniisip ah."
Sarah was already in front of him sitting without him noticing because he was too lost in his thoughts.
Rayver sat upright.
"I guess you know why we're here."
He looked straight to her.
"Yes, I do."
Rayver took a deep breath...
"So is it true?"
Sarah nodded.
"Is it...mine?"
Rayver hesitantly asked.
Sarah smiled at him and held his fidgeting hands, her eyes were teary.
"No. I know I don't need to explain to you but you need to know. Kasi ayokong mabuhay ka na nagtatanong sa sarili mo kung sa'yo ba 'to." Sarah explained.
Nakahinga ng maluwag si Rayver although his heart was torn into pieces.
He knew immediately who the father is.
Unexpectedly Sarah felt someone is watching her from afar.
She looked around and was caught by surprise to see that it was Gerald...
"Ge!" she called.
But Gerald turned around and walked faster.
She tried to catch him up but he was too quick to get in his car and drive away.
"You got it wrong."
She said with a heaved sigh.
Rayver followed her.
"Sarah..." he called.
Sarah looked at him with gloomy eyes.
"Akala niya..."
