"Freya! Do you have any idea how worried Arche and I were?" Andrew took Freya from his brother's arms and rubbed his chin on her head

"It wasn't her problem." Arche sighed and pointed to Caiden.

"Caiden? What brings you here?"

Freya looked over curiously. Why was he hurt so badly when she found him? And why did the system want her to rescue this man? She hasn't figured out who the creator of the system was.

"That bastard wanted to expand his territory so he came and picked a fight. I was about to kill him but his subordinates came in the nick of time. I killed them but he escaped. Also, he allied with some angels and planted spies all over my territory. I teleported over here to warn you two, especially Andrew." Caiden's eyes became colder as he went on. His irises turned red for a split second before reverting to purple. Freya thought she was hallucinating.

That bastard referred to the demon king of the south. He was the only demon king who wasn't on good terms with the others. Freya remembered Arche telling her that demon kings usually don't meddle in each other's affairs but that person was very greedy.

The room went silent, Andrew hesitated but still asked, "Arche, do you think the one who hired the maid was..."

Freya was Arche's only weakness. If Freya was killed, Arche might go mad and the angels will have a valid reason to deal with him. It'll free up his territory.

"There might be a possibility...when Luca was going to kill the maid, he said she was about to say something but her tongue exploded. Luca dealt the final blow but the spell that restricted the maid's speech was very complicated." Arche's brows furrowed.

"A lot of people want me dead, it might not be him. Daddy, don't furrow your brows. You'll get wrinkles." Freya beamed.

Their gaze all fell onto Freya, she blinked innocently...did she say something wrong?

"Who told you that a lot of people want you dead? Tell daddy, I'll make it so they can't say another word." Arche's tone grew cold. Freya knew it wasn't directed at her but she still shivered involuntarily.

"Arche, your aura is leaking." Caiden reminded.

Arche's eyes widened and pinched the bridge of his nose to calm down. He took Freya back from Andrew and rubbed his cheeks against his daughter. He looked at Freya, expecting an answer.

"No one said it...I just knew." Freya smiled. "I'm not bothered by it, it's fine. It's normal."

Whether it was in her last life or this life, a lot of people wanted her dead. But now, at least she has a family this time...there's no need to be greedy.

The three men couldn't help but exchange glances. Freya might not realize it but what she said just now was equivalent to saying it was normal for her to be hated and targeted.

"Right, Arche said she was playing with you in the bamboo forest. You played with a child?" Andrew changed the topic.

"She healed me and...I was feeling grateful." Caiden faked a smile.

He figured the two don't know yet, and it doesn't seem like his little savior planned on telling them. Caiden felt delighted, it's a secret only he knows.

"Healed you?" Arche raised his brow.

"I got hurt during the fight."

"You got hurt? The enemy was that strong?! I guess Mr. Lulu being forgotten there saved your life." Andrew's eyes widened

"The enemy was also a demon king...I think we should get rid of him soon. With the three of us, it'll be easy." Arche suggested while the other two nodded.

"Who's Mr. Lulu?" Caiden asked with question marks all over his head.

"The beluga stuffed animal, didn't you see Freya bringing it back to her room?"

Caiden recalled seeing the stuffed animal carefully placed on Freya's bed. It had never been in the bamboo forest in the first place.

Freya cast a glance at Caiden with narrowed eyes and looked away. He couldn't help but think of how cute his little savior is and held back his laughter.

"I saw her take it to her room." Caiden cleared his throat, his eyes curved into a crescent.

"Ah, that reminds me...you got poisoned. That poison wasn't recorded in the book daddy has." nor was it any poison she was familiar with in her past life.

"Freya, are you sure?" Arche's voice was gentle when it came to his daughter.

Freya nodded her head, with a tone that was like saying she had breakfast, she said, "I've memorized the whole book, there was nothing like that. I'm sure others would've already died but he held on quite well. Even if I didn't heal him, he wouldn't have died."

Arche and Andrew weren't surprised that she memorized the whole book, they knew of Freya's eidetic memory. Caiden was impressed but then he remembered how outstanding she was in her past life and thought it was normal.

"It should be from those holy weapons the angels used," Caiden said after pondering.

The weapons that angels use are very effective against demons. On the other hand, demonic energy can corrupt an angel so both races are evenly matched most of the time.

The two races fought for centuries before finally deciding to make peace. The animosity however never dissipated, that's why Freya was an existence that should've never existed.

"Are they trying to start the war again?" Andrew scoffed.

Freya stayed silent as she stared at the pink box that appeared. It wasn't a mission this time. It seems like this system wasn't as useless as she thought.

[Only Connie, Jane, Jake, and Mia are involved in the alliance with the demon king of the south. The other angels have no idea what happened.]

Freya read aloud the words in the pink box. She then turned to Caiden, "How many angels attacked you?"

"Four."

"Daddy, it should be them. I'll let the adults decide what to do." Freya chimed happily.

"...how did you know?" Arche asked as he looked at the little girl in his arms.

"I can see something you guys can't. It told me." Freya smiled innocently. Arche's eyes darkened. Did those things harass his daughter?

"Ghost?!" Andrew was the first one to ask, his complexion paled.

Freya raised her brow and laughed, "Uncle, the great demon king of the west is scared of ghosts? I was talking about a pink box, it has something to do with my powers."

Freya was very sure that it had nothing to do with her powers. The system is independent, it's not something she could control like the crystal butterflies. But she was too lazy to explain.

Caiden looked at Freya, this girl definitely said misleading words on purpose. Freya saw his gaze on her and her smile deepened as if confirming his speculation.

However, her smile disappeared the next second. Freya's eyes turned dark, her killing intent soared as she sneered " Do you think my butterflies can only heal? Fucking chameleon."

[There is a fifth person in the room.]
