Wanda smiles contently as she sits at one of  the picnic tables scattered across the Barton yard near the makeshift dance floor, watching as her parents float around it. Steve dramatically dipping Natasha in a way that has her rolling her eyes and laughing. She feels a hand ruffle her hair and looks up to find Sam.
"Hey kiddo, having fun?" He asks as he takes a seat on the bench next to her. She watches as the Barton children and Lia  run around the yard in a fit of giggles, Luna toddling behind them happily.
"Yeah, today's been beautiful." Wanda smiles. "What are you doing over here? shouldn't you be dancing?" She smirks
"Nah, I'm all danced out." Sam replies nudging her shoulder.
"You should go ask Maria to dance." Wanda says nodding towards the Agent sitting at a table next to Fury.
"Yeah and have her break my arm for asking? No thanks..." Sam replies a chuckle escaping his lips, Wanda rolls her eyes
"Well you could at least ask 'Lena." Wanda suggests "Bucky's too chicken."
"You know I live with those two and I swear they may end up being more stubborn then your parents." Sam says shaking his head as Bucky awkwardly stands by himself.
"What can you do." Wanda says shaking her head "they both have too much to deal with right now, it's probably for the best."
"They'll get there eventually." Sam laughs "alright you've convinced me, but if  'Lena breaks my arm it's your fault."
"How's it my fault?" Wanda laughs
"Peer pressure." Sam chuckles as he turns away before making his way to the blonde Russian spy. The blonde rolls her eyes before taking his hand, Wanda likes the small smile that lies on her lips. Happy is a good look on her.

"Care to dance?" Bucky asks
"Sure." Wanda smiles as she takes her Uncles hand as he leads them to the dance floor.
"Ya know I never thought I could get rid of your dad... it's a good thing he found your mom, she'll keep him out of trouble." Bucky says as they dance, his eyes fixed on the couple. "Or in trouble, you decide." He chuckles, his smile is light but seems forced. Wanda knows he's still carrying a lot within him, she's seen it.
"How have you been?" Wanda asks, the words spill from her lips.
"I've seen your little whisps floating around in my dreams..." he replies, and Wanda smiles sheepishly.
"Sorry, I sometimes drift into others dreams when I'm sleeping. Yours were... I just wanted you to have good dreams..." Wanda says
"It helps." He replies " I don't remember much of the past but the memories you show me are really nice."
"I know I'm not really supposed to go into other peoples heads without permission anymore, but I just wanted to help. I can stop if you want..."
"Kid, really it's okay." Bucky says. "Thank you."
"No problem." Wanda replies
"Hey can I cut in?" Wanda smiles turning to find her father behind her.

"Thank you for helping, kiddo, I couldn't have done it with out you." Steve says as they sway back and forth.
"You're welcome, Papa." Wanda smiles allowing her head to fall into his chest. "You and Mama deserve this."
"You know the next time we dance like this it might be at your wedding." He adds, twirling her around for good measure
"I thought I wasn't allow to get married until I'm at least 40." Wanda laughs as she spins back in.
"You're not." He chuckles. They dance for a few more moments before Yelena interrupts them, Luna in her arms babbling.
"Sorry to interrupt she was looking for Nat, but I couldn't find her and then she saw you."
"Not a problem." Steve replies taking the baby into his arms "Hi, Sunshine." The baby rests her head on his shoulder, clearly starting to tire from the days events and her approaching bedtime.
"Why don't you go find Lia, Wands? I think Lu is ready for bed." Steve suggests. Wanda nods heading off to find her little sister.

Natasha spends entirely too much of the night dancing, so much that she feels Steve is probably supporting her weight at this point. She leans into him for support and if he minds he doesn't show it, swaying them to the beat, her head on his chest.
"Tired?" He asks and her eyes feel heavier at the word.
"Not too tired, I don't want this night to end." She admits.
"Me either... I've had the best day, with my best girl, surrounded by our family." He replies
"I love you." She smiles pulling back to place a steady kiss on his lips, pulling away after a few seconds. She loves the smile that appears on his face as a result. She watches as his eyes give her a once over before his bringing his lips back to hers in a much more passionate kiss.
"Wanna get out of here?" He asks forehead still resting on hers.
"I'd love to but we can't." She replies. He gives her a knowing nod.
"It was worth a shot." He adds, placing another more gentle kiss to her lips. "Think Wands saved me a dance?" He asks glancing over to their daughter, who gives them a smile over Bucky's shoulder.
"Go." Natasha smiles, pushing him a little in her direction before she herself heads to find a seat welcoming the relief of being off her feet.
