Takemichi's POV

I sat up abruptly and felt my chest to check if I was shot. My breathing was uneven and tears were flowing down my face.

It's still 3 am and the dream I just had was stuck in my head. I tried falling asleep but I couldn't.

"I should talk to Mikey-kun later." Murmured and continued to try to sleep.

Mikey's POV

I was woken up by the ringing on my phone. I picked it up and answered it.

"Hello?" I said in a sleepy voice

"Mikey-kun, are you free today?"

"Takemicchi? Why are you calling me this early in the morning?" I said groggily

"U-uhm, I thought you were already awake since it's almost 11 am."  He said nervously.

"Oh, I overslept for once." I said and sat up

"So? Why did you call?" I asked

"Actually I have something to say. It's important, I have to tell you face to face." He said seriously.

"Alright, we can meet at the park in 30 minutes." I said and ended the call.

I got up and fixed myself before going to the kitchen. When I came back from the future, my insomnia also tagged along but Y/n helped me.

Although I can sleep like before, my body would automatically wake up early so it's rare for me to oversleep.

"Oh, Manjiro, you woke up late." Shin said.

"Yeah, I guess I was tired from yesterday. Where's Emma and grandpa?" I asked

"They went to the market to buy foods." He said

"Are you going somewhere today?" He asked

"Yeah, my friend asked to meet up because he has something to say." I said

"Who?"

"Takemicchi" I said

"Ohhh." He reacted

"He's like you, you know." I said

"How so?"

"He's a crybaby but many people follow him like a leader. He sucks at fighting but he's stronger than anyone else. He's also kind and has guts. He also had the hairstyle you had back then." I said

"Oh? I want to meet him someday. We really are alike. A lost sibling perhaps? A fan?" He said

"But, there's one thing you guys don't have in common." I exclaimed

"And that is?"

"He has a girlfriend." I said and an arrow hit his chest.

"S-seriously? W-why do kids have relationships but I don't? I'm ten years older than you." He said bitterly

"That's because you suck." I said teasingly

"Is that how you treat your brother? Huh?" He said and started chasing me.

We ran around the house laughing for about 10 minutes.

"Alright, I'm sorry, let's stop. I have to go, my friend is waiting." I said

"But you didn't eat yet. Here take this" he said and gave me a paper bag

When I opened it, it has 3 dorayaki and 3 taiyaki. I smiled and looked at him.
