The sun raise hit my face indicating it was morning. I had forgot to close the curtains last night . A yawn escaped my lips as I sat straight on the bed while rubbing my eyes .
Glancing at the clock I checked the time . It was exact 6:59 am . And as soon as the clock struck 7 am my alarm started ringing and I switced it off . My work starts at 10 am so I had enough time to do my other things .
Getting off from the bed I went to washroom and did my morning business . After that I changed into my sports wear and put up my hair in high ponytail and then left my room to go for morning Jog and exercise .
As I headed downstairs there was no one in the living room and dining room as usual . Only voices from Kitchen would be heard and they were of 2 off the maids who worked here .
Leaving the house I went to the nearby park to do my morning jog and exercise .

Coming back I found my Mom and Dad in the living room having their morning tea as they were talking about something .
Ignoring them I headed back to my room .
It was 8 'o clock now I needed to get ready for work .
Taking out my bathrobe and towel from my suitcase I went to the washroom to take bath .
After I was done I took out my outfit which I was gonna wear for my work and my small purse which had few daily need things from my suitcase.
I wore my outfit did my hair in a high ponytail , I didn't do any makeup I just applied a lipbalm and that's it .

Wearing my shoes which were kept in the corner of the room . I took my purse and checked if I had taken all the necessary things . Once I had checked I locked my room and went downstairs .
This time along with Mom and Dad , Aditi my sister was also there . They were having breakfast .
Not wanting to have breakfast with them and as if they would have told the cook to make for me too , I was about to step outside that's when my mom called me .
"Anika wait ",she said .
I turned around to face her and looked at her with a blank face.
"Come home early we want to talk about something with you",she said .
"As if this is really my 'Home' ",I said and turned around to leave .
"Don't you dare come late",I heard her yelling as I sat in my car and drove to a restaurant to have my breakfast .
I don't live with my parents and sister anymore . I moved out of here when I was 24 years old . Since then I'm living alone . At first I had rented an apartmemt but last year I bought my own apartment .
